Jim holds a B.S. degree in business administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He has been in banking for over 17 years serving as branch president and loan officer. Jim has received non-federal licensed appraiser certification from the University of Colorado and attended the American Banking Association Compliance and Ag Lending Schools. He is on the board at Little Bitterroot Services and serves as Assistant Treasurer at the Plains Christian Missionary Alliance Church.

Jim has over 24 years in banking experience with 2 of those with Rocky Mountain Bank. Prior to joining RMB, he was a senior relationship manager with Wells Fargo in Billings. He is a graduate of MSU Bozeman with a B.S. in Business Finance. He served as Annual Campaign Co-Chair for the Greater Gallatin United Way, is President-Elect of the Exchange Club of Bozeman, Past-President of Yellowstone District Exchange Clubs, is a board member of the Gallatin Development Corporation, and is active with Montana State University Athletic Scholarship Association.

Roy earned a Bachelors Degree in Business and Associates Degree in Agri-Business from Northern Montana College and served for three years in the U.S. Army. A native of Montana, he has over 28 years banking experience. Roy serves as president of the Shelby Booster Club, director of the Shelby Chamber of Commerce, commissioner of Northern Babe Ruth Baseball and is a member of the Shelby Community Housing Board and Rehab Committee and Shelby Little League Board of Directors.

Tom holds a B.S. from Montana State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Montana. He has over 25 years of banking experience working with businesses in all industries. He spent nine years as a branch president and district president for Wells Fargo. Tom is a current member of the Rotary Club, Lion's Club and Chamber of Commerce. Previously he served as president of the Chamber of Commerce and treasurer for Economic Development.

Allen has over 25 years of bank lending experience in ag and business banking. A graduate of Montana State University, he holds a B.S. degree in Ag Business and a minor in Economics. He has also received certification in Dale Carnegie. He is director and past president of the Montana Ag Bankers Committee, Montana Ag Lenders Range School and Northern International Livestock Expo. He is active in the Billings Ag Chamber of Commerce and volunteers as an umpire for Little League Baseball and Softball on a local, district, state and regional level.

Dallas has over 30 years of bank experience in consumer, ag, and commercial lending. He is a graduate of the National College of Business in South Dakota with a B.S. in business administration and the Midwest Institute of Banking in Minnesota. He is a member of the Pheasants Unlimited and Walleyes Unlimited and a charter member of the Plentywood Golf Club. He is a director and teach at the River of life Church and director at Glenwood, Inc., a center for the developmentally disabled.

Darla has over 28 years of banking experience She is a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, American Institute of Banking and ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management. She is a member of the board of directors for the Moss Mansion and active with the Billings Chamber of Commerce and United Way.

Darrin graduated from Eastern Montana College with a B.S. in Business Administration. With over 16 years of banking experience, he has worked in various capacities including consumer and commercial lending. Darrin has been involved in the Billings Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, United Way and is active in the Billings Youth Sports Arena. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Billings Chapter of the Breakfast Exchange Club and Heights National Little League where he is active as a coach and umpire for various sporting activities.

Denise holds a B.S. in Business from Montana State University. She has over twenty years of banking experience as a lender, administrative assistant and escrow documentation specialist. Denise is a board member of the Sanders County Economic Development and Community Ambulance and a member of the Chamber of Commerce. She is involved in Sunday School and Junior High Youth Programs.

Scott is vice president of Business Banking at our Bozeman office. He has been in the banking industry for more than 16 years with positions ranging from loan review/internal auditor to commercial lender. He has focused on commercial lending for the past nine years. Scott graduated from Montana State University-Bozeman with a finance major and economics minor and began his career as a bank examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in 1991. Scott is currently a member of the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce.

Alissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Idaho State University. Her experience includes office administration and teller work prior to joining Rocky Mountain Bank.

Chad, originally from Truman Ark., attended the Wells Fargo College of Credit program and is certified by the Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University's agribusiness program and a member of the Flathead Valley Young Professionals.

Debbie is a native of Stevensville and graduate of Stevensville High School. She has over 25 years of bank experience working as a teller and working in escrow, teller supervisor, vault teller, loan secretary, loan processor, loan processor supervisor prior to her current position. Debbie is a member of the Stevensville Civic Club and Booster Club and board member and treasurer of the Stevensville Main Street Association.

Emily is a graduate of Montana State University with a BS in Finance and Marketing. She has been in the banking industry for over 3 years working as a teller, operations clerk and real estate processor. Emily enjoys being a part of the community and the activities that the Gallatin Valley has to offer.

Janice is a native of Plentywood and a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman. She has earned her Series 6 and 63 securities license along with life, health, disability and variable insurance licenses. She has worked in all areas of banking for over 33 years. Janice is a member of the Plentywood Scholarship Committee and has been involved in the Red Cross and Keep Our Theatre Open committee. She serves on the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Treasurer for Chamber Bucks, Town Square Development and Plentywood Lutheran Church.

Judy is a graduate of Walla Walla College in College Place, WA. She has worked in new accounts and customer service for the past 17 years. Judy is a member of Rotary International.

Kathy has over 28 years banking experience in bookkeeping, proof, compliance and audit. She has eight years experience in consumer and real estate lending and is a graduate of the American Banking Association National Compliance School. Kathy is a member of the Sheridan County Republican Central Committee, Plentywood Ladies Golf League, Village Hostesses and St. Angela's Guild.

Kirsti, a native of Montana, graduated from Billings Senior High and Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She is a certified FHA DE & Conventional Underwriter with over 12 years experience in various aspects of real estate lending. With her processing and underwriting background, Kirsti prides herself in knowing how to find each of her customers the perfect loan for every situation. Married with two cats and two dogs, she is an avid bowler and past board member of USBC/WIBC Bowling Associations. Kirsti is located at the 38th and Grand office.

Krista is a native of Plains and graduate of Plains High School. She holds insurance licenses and has taken various banking courses. She has over 9 years of banking experience as a teller, teller supervisor, training and recruiting prior to moving into the personal banking area. Krista is a member of the Plains Community and Plains Assembly of God Food Banks, Little Star Pre-School, Chamber of Commerce and Blessings from Above Pregnancy Center as well as various community outreaches.

Marce is a graduate of Eastern Montana College, MSU-Billings and has been in the mortgage lending field since moving to Bigfork in 2002. She is a board member for the Bigfork Chamber of Commerce and every year she has an active role in the Bigfork Relay for Life.

Mark has 35 years of real estate experience, 14 of those years working in Mortgage Lending. Originally from Iowa, he originates home loans through referrals and bank customers and analyzes borrower circumstances to advise best financing solution. Mark is involved in affordable housing organizations including The Housing Affordability Ladder. (HAL)

Nicole is a native of Bigfork and attended the University of Nevada Reno. She worked as a Teller and PB Assistant prior to her current position of Personal Banker and Consumer Loan Officer. Active in the community, Nicole is involved in Relay for Life.

Sara has been in banking for eight years with experience in loan processing, proof operations and as a teller prior to accepting the personal banker position. She is currently a junior at Montana State University majoring in accounting.

Stephanie is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. She has four years experience in residential mortgage lending, is FHA and VA certified and received training through the Montana Board of Housing. Married with three boys, Stephanie is a member of the Gallatin Association of Realtors, active in the Chamber of Commerce in Bozeman and Belgrade and a member of the Bozeman/Belgrade MOM's Club.

Susan has more than six years of banking experience. Her career began as a teller then as an operations supervisor. Susan now is a personal banker and mortgage originator. She also handles new accounts, including CDs and consumer loans. Susan and her husband, Justin, have two children and lived in the Billings are for two years.

Mr. Fentriss is President of Anderson & Strudwick Investment Corporation, the parent company of Anderson & Strudwick, Inc. In addition, he is also responsible for the Company's investment banking division. He began his career with Crestar Financial Corporation in 1977, managing a variety of areas, including strategic planning, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, and operations. In 1984, Mr. Fentriss started the nationally ranked merger and acquisition division for Crestar. He successfully completed more than 25 major transactions for Crestar, acquiring assets exceeding $4.5 billion, and hundreds of transactions for the Bank's customers. In 1992, Mr. Fentriss co-founded the nationally ranked Baxter Fentriss and Company.
