Mr. Wood was appointed in May 2003 as Roper's Vice President, Scientific and Industrial Imaging. Prior to joining Roper, he was Vice President of Marketing for the Infrastructure Sector at Ingersoll-Rand. Georg Graf Schall-Riaucour has been a director since January 1995. He served as in-house Legal Counsel to Allianz Insurance AG, Munich, and since 1971 he has been senior partner of the Munich, Germany law firm of Beiten Burhardt.
