Ross Stores Inc.

Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since September 1996; from July 1993 through August 1996, Executive Vice President, Merchandising; and from November 1989 through June 1993, Senior Vice President, Merchandising.

Mr. Cribb has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer since February 2005. He joined the Company in August 2002 as Senior Vice President of Store Operations. From December 1998 to August 2002, Mr. Cribb was Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for Staples. Prior to joining Staples, he held various management positions with Office Depot from 1991 to 1998, most recently as Regional Vice President. His prior experience also includes various positions with Marshalls and The May Department Stores Company.

Mr. Call has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2009. He joined Ross in June 1997 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. From June 1993 until joining Ross in 1997, Mr. Call was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Friedman’s. For five years prior to joining Friedman’s in June 1993, Mr. Call held various positions with Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. O’Sullivan has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since February 2005. He joined Ross in September 2003 as Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Marketing. From 1991 to 2003, Mr. O’Sullivan was a partner with Bain & Company providing consulting advice to retail, consumer goods, financial services, and private equity clients.

Mr. Kobayashi has served as Group Senior Vice President – Supply Chain, and Chief Information Officer since March 2008. From December 2004 to March 2008, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Ross, Mr. Kobayashi was a partner with Accenture, providing consulting services to clients in Accenture’s Retail & Consumer Goods practice.

Ms. Rentler has served as Executive Vice President, Merchandising, with responsibility for all Apparel and Related Products at Ross Dress for Less since December 2006. She joined Ross in February 1986 and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandise Officer of dd’s DISCOUNTS® from February 2005 to December 2006. Previously she was Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer of dd's DISCOUNTS from January 2004 to February 2005 and Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager at Ross Dress for Less from February 2001 to January 2004. She also served as Vice President and Group Divisional Merchandise Manager from March 1999 to February 2001. Prior to that, she held various merchandising positions with the Company.

Mr. Fassio has served as Executive Vice President, Property Development, Construction and Store Design since February 2005. Since March 1991 he has served as Senior Vice President, Property Development, Construction and Store Design. He joined the Company in June 1988 as Vice President of Real Estate. Prior to joining Ross, Mr. Fassio was Vice President, Real Estate and Construction at Craftmart and Property Director of Safeway Stores.

Ms. Panattoni joined Ross in January 2005 as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager, Home. In December 2006, she was given additional responsibility for Home at both Ross Dress for Less and dd’s DISCOUNTS®. Prior to joining Ross, Ms. Panattoni was with The TJX Companies, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing for HomeGoods since 1998 and as Divisional Merchandise Manager of the Marmaxx Home Store from 1994 to 1998.

Mr. Roth has served as Senior Vice President, Merchandise Control since December 2004. He joined Ross in March 1992 as Vice President, Merchandise Control. Prior to Ross, he was the Director of Inventory Management at Amcena, a retail holding company and also had prior experience as the Vice President, Merchandise Planning and Distribution at Ohrbach’s.

Mr. Matteo has served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager since August 2003. Mr. Matteo joined the Company in 1997 as Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager. Prior to joining Ross, Mr. Matteo served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager at Frederick Atkins and Macy’s.

Ms. Marvin joined the Company in April 2005 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Marvin served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources for AT&T Wireless from 2001 to 2005 and Covad Communications from 1999 to 2001. She also has prior human resource management experience at Ameritech, Pepsi-Cola Company, and Data General Corporation.

Mr. Caruana has served as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Marketing, Store Planning and Allocation since November 2006. He joined Ross in June 2005 as Senior Vice President, Strategy. From 1999 to 2005, Ken worked with Bain & Company in London, New York and San Francisco providing consulting advice to retail, consumer goods, telecommunications, and private equity clients. Previously, he was an attorney working with corporate clients in London and Hong Kong.

Mr. LeHocky has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since February 2009. He joined Ross in June 2007 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. LeHocky was Vice President and General Counsel for Dreyer’s Ice Cream, Inc. Prior to Dreyer’s, he was a principal in the San Francisco law firm of Freeland Cooper LeHocky & Hamburg.

Prior to joining Ross in October 2006 as Senior Vice President of Stores, Ms. Walter served as Vice President of Store Operations, Communications and Field Visual for Old Navy from 2004 to 2006, where she had responsibility for store operations business planning and execution for over 850 stores. Prior to Old Navy, she spent 11 years with Target Corporation most recently as Vice President of Store Support for all Target locations. Ms. Walter started her 16-year retail career with Macy’s and has extensive leadership experience in field and regional management as well as corporate operational support.

Mr. Wilson currently serves as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain. He rejoined Ross in February 2005 as Senior Vice President, Distribution and Transportation. Previously, he served in this same position from May 1999 through September 2003. From July 1996 to May 1999 he was President of Distribution and Fulfillment Services, Inc., a division of the Spiegel Group. From October 1991 to July 1996, he also served in various distribution management positions with the Spiegel Group. Prior to 1991, he held the position of Division Vice President/Merchandise Processing for Rich’s Department Stores. His career also includes various operating positions within the transportation, third party distribution and retail distribution industries, with companies that included McLean Trucking, Ivey’s Department Stores and Distribution Marking Services, Inc.

Mr. Bernard has served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager since August 2006. Prior to his current position, he worked 27 years for O’Neil’s, G. Fox, Filene’s and Hecht’s, all divisions of Federated/May Department Stores, in several Home and Apparel merchandise areas.

Mr. Brautigan has served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager with responsibility for Accessories, Jewelry, Shoes and Hosiery at Ross Dress For Less since December 2006. He joined Ross in 2003 as Vice President of Shoes and was promoted to Group Vice President of Shoes in 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Brautigan spent 20 years at Macy’s East, where he held various merchandise management positions overseeing a wide range of product categories including Women’s Shoes, Accessories, Hosiery, Watches, Men’s and Children’s.

Mr. Baker has served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager of dd's Discounts with responsibility for all Apparel and Related Products since December 2006. From December 2003 to December 2006, he was Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager directing all Ready-to-Wear businesses at dd’s DISCOUNTS. Doug joined Ross in November of 1995 and was a Vice President Divisional Merchandise Manager of Juniors, Women's World, Plus Size Sportswear, Coats and Maternity. Prior to joining Ross, Doug worked for Value City Department Stores from 1984 to 1995. His prior retail experience includes Marshall's and Hill Department Stores.

Jennifer Williams, 39, has been named Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager with responsibility for Shoes, Lingerie and Children's. She has been with Ross since 1997 and most recently served as Group Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager.

Consultant to the Company since September 1996. Chairman of the Board since March 1993; Chief Executive Officer of the Company from March 1993 through August 1996; President and Chief Executive Officer from January 1988 to March 1993; President and Chief Operating Officer from February 1987 to January 1988. Prior to February 1987, Mr. Ferber was Executive Vice President, Merchandising, Marketing, and Distribution of the Company.

Managing Partner of Orban Partners, a private investment Company, since May 1984. Chairman of the Board of Egghead.com, Inc. from January 1997 to August 2001, and Chief Executive Officer from January 1997 to November 1999.
