Mark Orcutt has served as Georgia Gulf's Executive Vice President - Building Products since December 2008. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, Mark was held a variety of commercial and general management positions with PPG Industries, most recently Vice President of Performance Glazings. He has a proven record of growing global businesses, successfully implementing integration strategies, and improving sales and profitability. Mark earned an M.B.A and a B.S. in Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Doug Shannon has been a Vice President of Georgia Gulf Corporation since 2000 and is currently responsible for the Procurement function. He began his employment with Georgia Gulf in 1983 in purchasing, and subsequently moved to product manager of VCM, and then business manager of electrochemicals, before becoming director of business area management. James Worrell currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources for Georgia Gulf Corporation. James joined Georgia Gulf at its inception in January 1985 as Headquarters Personnel Manager. He was promoted to Manager, Corporate Personnel in 1987 and to Manager, Corporate Personnel and Benefits in 1988. "Paul Carrico has served as Georgia Gulf Corporation's President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2008. Prior to this position, Paul served as the company's Vice President - Chemicals & Vinyls. He began his employment with Georgia Gulf in 1999 as resin business manager. In 2005, he became the company's vice president of polymers. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, Paul held several positions with Condea Vista Company (formerly Conoco Chemicals), including plant manager, product manager of PVC and general manager of olefins and vinyl.
A native of Louisville, KY, Paul earned an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Louisville in 1973 and a Masters in the Science of Management with an emphasis on corporate and business strategy from MIT in 1993.
Paul currently serves as chairman of the Vinyl Institute and as a board member of the Vinyl Siding Institute and the PPFA. He previously served as a board member of the PHH joint venture with PPG."
