Michael C. Wellham is President and Chief Operating Officer of RTI International Metals, Inc. (NYSE: RTI) headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Company produces and distributes a variety of products composed of titanium and other specialty metals serving commercial and military aerospace defense, energy, industrial and consumer markets. Sales for 2007 were $627 million. The Company has 1,600 employees at 18 locations worldwide. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Wellham graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Management. In 2005, Mr. Wellham received his MBA from The University of Tennessee. He joined Defense Technologies, Inc. in 1987 as a purchasing agent. In 1989, he and his partners formed General Metals, Inc., an aerospace metals distribution business, in which he served as Vice President of Sales until 1993 at which time he disposed of his interest in the business. In 1993, Mr. Wellham founded Advanced Aerospace Materials Corporation located in Atlanta, Georgia, and served as the company's President. In 1995, Advanced Aerospace Materials Corporation was sold to New Century Metals, Inc. Mr. Wellham continued as President until 1996 at which time he became General Manager of Extrusion Technology Corporation located in Cleveland, Ohio. Extrusion Technology Corporation was part of New Century Metals, Inc. He was appointed President of Extrusion Technology Corporation in 1998. New Century Metals, Inc. and its subsidiaries were acquired by RTI International Metals, Inc. in October of 1998. Mr. Wellham was appointed Senior Vice President of RTI Fabrication & Distribution Group in 2002 and assumed his current position in 2007. Michael is married and has two children.

Mr. Giangiordano is the Executive Vice President of Technology & Innovation of RTI International Metals, Inc. (NYSE: RTI) headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Company produces and distributes a variety of products composed of titanium and other specialty metals serving commercial and military aerospace defense, energy, industrial and consumer markets. Sales for 2007 were $627 million. The Company has 1,600 employees at 18 locations worldwide. A native of Greenville, Pennsylvania, Mr. Giangiordano holds a B.E. degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Youngstown State University. He began his career in 1979 with Republic Steel, Enduro Division in Canton, Ohio, as a Process Product Metallurgist. In 1984, Mr. Giangiordano joined RMI Titanium Company in Operations and Process Engineering. He held various management positions in Quality and Technology from 1989 through 1993 and advanced to Senior Director of Technology in 1994, and held that position until his appointment as President of Galt Alloys in 1999. In 2002, he was appointed Senior Vice President of the Titanium Group. He assumed the position of Executive Vice President on April 27, 2007. Mr. Giangiordano is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, American Society of Metals, and Iron & Steel Society.

William F. Strome is Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning & Finance for RTI International Metals, Inc. headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. RTI International Metals, Inc. is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: RTI). The Company produces and distributes a variety of products composed of titanium and other specialty metals serving the aerospace, defense, oil and gas, chemical processing, medical implant, and power generation industries. Sales in 2007 were $627 million. The Company has 1,600 employees at 18 locations worldwide. Mr. Strome holds a B.S. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a J.D. degree from that institution's School of Law. Mr. Strome joins RTI from Laurel Mountain Partners, L.L.C., a private equity firm, where he served as a Principal focusing on development projects. Prior to joining Laurel in 2006, Mr. Strome was with the investment banking firm of Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., (FBR), where he served as Senior Managing Director & Group Head - Investment Banking, and was responsible for building, growing, and managing a diversified industrials investment banking practice. Before joining FBR, he was the PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., from 1981 to 2001, serving as Managing Director - Capital Markets and managed the firm's corporate finance advisory activities and its mergers and acquisitions services.

Chad Whalen is Vice President and General Counsel of RTI International Metals, Inc. headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. RTI International Metals, Inc. is a titanium and other specialty metal manufacturing and fabrication company publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: RTI). Mr. Whalen is an executive officer and serves as the chief legal officer and corporate secretary for RTI, its subsidiaries and business units. He joined RTI in February 2007. Prior to joining RTI, Mr. Whalen was a practicing attorney in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. Here he concentrated on representing public companies in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, and was a member of the steering committee of the firm's SEC Practice Group and a member of its Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Over the past several years, while employed at the firm, Mr. Whalen provided advice and counsel to RTI in various matters of corporate governance and securities law compliance, as well as legal support on the Company's Canadian acquisition in 2004. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Whalen is a 1996 graduate of Grove City College and received his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 1999. He is an active member of the American Bar Association's Federal Regulation of Securities and Negotiated Acquisitions subcommittees, the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.

Donald P. Fusilli, Jr. Mr. Fusilli is presently the principal of the Telum Group, a professional consulting firm. From January 2008 to January 2009, he was the Chief Executive Officer of a marine services subsidiary of David Evans and Associates, Inc., a company that provides underwater mapping and analysis services. From May 1973 until September 2006, Mr. Fusilli served in a variety of capacities at Michael Baker Corporation, a public company listed on the American Stock Exchange that provides a variety of professional engineering services spanning the complete life cycle of infrastructure and managed asset projects. Mr. Fusilli joined Michael Baker Corporation as an engineer and over the course of his career rose to president and chief executive officer in April 2001. From September 2006 to January 2008, Mr. Fusilli was an independent consultant providing strategic planning, marketing development and operations management services. Mr. Fusilli is a director of RTI International Metals, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed company that is a leading U.S. producer of titanium mill products and fabricated metal components. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Villanova University, a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law and attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Neil A. Armstrong gained the distinction of being the first man to land on the moon as spacecraft commander for Apollo 11. He received a B.S. degree in aeronautical engineering from Purdue University and an M.S. degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Southern California. For 17 years he served with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and its predecessor agency as engineer, test pilot, astronaut and administrator. From 1971 to 1979 he was professor of aerospace engineering at the University of Cincinnati. He became Chairman of AIL Systems in 1989 and Chairman of EDO Corporation in 2000. He is currently a director of RTI International Metals, Inc.
