Caroline Dougherty is VP of Special Events at Saks Fifth Avenue. Living in Palm Beach, Florida and New York City, Caroline has extensive experience in the field of public relations and has worked for the following companies: Tiffany, Louis Vuitton, Van Cleef and Arpels, Club Monaco.

Mr. Glenn Schulman, Chairman, is the Assistant General Manager - Operations, for Saks Fifth Avenue, Atlanta. Mr. Schulman has over 28 years of retail management experience. He has served as Community Liaison for and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of his subdivision. He and his wife, Lauri, have lived in the City of Milton with their three children for more than 9 years. All three of their children have been involved with Alpharetta PAL as counselors. Additionally, two have been both tutors as well as enrollees in the summer camp program.

Richard Harguindeguy, EMF, Beta Omicron '78 (Northland College) was first elected to the Board of Directors in 2002. He has served the Fraternity as Regional Vice President of the Atlantic Coast Region (1986-1990), Mid-Atlantic District Director (1994-1998), Chapter Counselor for Delta Omicron at Christopher Newport University (1994-1998) and President of the Washington, D.C. Alumni Chapter. He also served the Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation as a Trustee, Secretary and national coordinator for Books for Kids. He was the 1990 recipient of the Winebrenner Medal for Distinguished Fraternity Service and the 2002 recipient of the Millsap Medal for Distinguished Foundation Service.
