Prior to his most recent appointment, Mr. Hansen held the post of Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Saks since 1998, and prior to that he served in various legal capacities with Carson Pirie Scott & Co. and its predecessors, including Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. Prior to joining Carson Pirie Scott, Mr. Hansen was an attorney with Baxter International, Inc. in Deerfield, Illinois, and Shearman & Sterling in New York City.

Jeffrey C. Martin, Esq., is Counsel to Goodwin Procter, a national law firm. He is also senior vice president of Saks, Inc. He is Chairman of the Board of the Parkinson's Action Network, an advisory board member of the Parkinson Alliance, and serves on the NIH's Parkinson's Disease Implementation Committee. In 1991 and 1992, Mr. Martin served as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Education. He received his undergraduate degree with distinction from Indiana University and his law degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School.

Mr. Levin is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JW Levin Partners LLC, a firm that specializes in the rebuilding of branded consumer product and service companies. On September 26, 2006, Mr. Levin was appointed by the Sharper Image Board of Directors, which he has been a director of since July 6, 2006, to act as Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Levin is a seasoned CEO with significant turnaround experience. He has been growing the sales and profits of branded consumer products companies for the past 30 years via internal product development programs, restructurings, acquisitions, and cultural improvements. Previously, Mr. Levin served as chairman and chief executive officer of American Household, Inc., formerly named Sunbeam. Prior to that, he served as chief executive officer of Revlon, Inc. and The Coleman Company, Inc. From 1974-1989, Mr. Levin worked for the Pillsbury Company in a number of executive management roles. In addition to serving on the Board of Sharper Image (NASDAQ: SHRP), Mr. Levin also serves on the Boards of Wendy's International, Inc. (NYSE: WEN), U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) and Ecolab Inc. (NYSE: ECL) and chairs the Governance Committees of both U.S. Bancorp and Ecolab Inc.
