Edna Morris is president of Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits, a new upscale seafood restaurant concept scheduled to debut this summer in Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California. Most recently, Ms. Morris served as president of the James Beard Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, founded in 1986 to keep alive the philosophy, ideals and practices that earned the late James Beard his reputation as the father of American gastronomy.
