John P. Mackey, co-founder of the Company, has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since 1980. Mr. Mackey also served as President from June 2001 to October 2004.

Amy Dawn is a Florida native and has resided in Sarasota for the past four years. While setting roots in Sarasota she became a radioactive volunteer/fundraiser for WMNF, Tampa. Now established with WSLR, Amy Dawn has been co-host of "Rise Up and Shine" with her partner, Greg, for over a year. "I firmly believe volunteerism is the key component of change in our communities and in our world. I encourage all people to connect with what is important to them, and express it." Amy Dawn is currently employed with Whole Foods Market, Sarasota, and hobbies include being a racing team member of "Stiletto" Catamarans.

Chris Clarke has over twenty years of experience working for restaurants and caterers, and is now the Market Chef for Whole Foods Market in Boulder. For over eight years Chris has been a very popular instructor at Culinary School of the Rockies. She's also known for her large collection of eclectic vintage cookbooks.

Jessica Dally came to CVM after working IT for Whole Foods Market for the last 7 years. Her great personality and strong customer service is our frontline of support for the users of the CVM Centralized System and staying ahead of voice mail technology needs. Jessica is a WA native that has a wide variety of talents including cheese maker and auto mechanic. She is the founder of Seattle Free School where she teaches her skills in her spare time. She currently resides in Seattle with two kitties, three chickens and one beehive.

Joy is the Internal Programs Coordinator for Whole Foods Market, connecting team members to the Whole Planet Foundation and Animal Compassion Foundation. Joy started with Whole Foods Market in 2000 as a Store Trainer, bringing with her a passion for empowerment, self responsibility and service. Joy was awarded National All*Star in 2002, Regional All*Star twice, Team Member of the Year and numerous leadership awards. Joy supported the openings of ten Whole Foods Market stores as Southwest and Rocky Mountain Regional Trainer, including the flagship location in Austin where she was the Team Member Services

Lauren Klatsky is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She has worked at the Canyon Ranch Spa in Tucson and the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. Lauren is currently employed by Whole Foods Market and writes about food for the Jewish Advocate and Natural Awakenings magazine.

Roberta Lang serves as Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel for Whole Foods Market, Inc., a fortune 500 company and the world's largest retailer of natural and organic foods. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Ms. Lang is responsible for a broad scope of corporate legal functions for the entire company and its 42,000 employees. Ms. Lang works closely with the Whole Foods Market Executive and National Leadership Teams, as well as with Regional Coordinators and Team Members. Her team provides a variety of services and counsel ranging from intellectual property to mergers and acquisitions. She has been recognized three times as a Whole Foods Market "All*Star", the Company's highest honor, for her overall outstanding performance as a dedicated, tireless team member who brings incredible intellect, seasoned perspective, understanding and balance to her professional life. Prior to joining Whole Foods Market, Roberta practiced law in the Chicago area. She has been a legal consultant to several international corporations and has chaired both business and tax related bar association committees as well as serving as an arbitration judge. She is a board member of the Whole Planet Foundation as well as the Animal Compassion Foundation. She is currently listed in Who's Who of American Law and in the Who's Who of American Business. She earned her undergraduate degree at Indiana University and her Juris Doctorate from the Valpraiso University School of Law.

Sarah Love joined Whole Foods Market in July 2006. Sarah is a Chartered Herbalist with over 10 years of experience in the natural health industry. Sarah's training includes Aromatherapy and Homeopathy, and she is a Certified Massage Therapist. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family - her partner Jeremy and their son Lucas.

Wendy has 30 years experience in the Fitness Industry with a B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. Nutrition is her passion, as the obesity epidemic increases. Tired of dieting her whole life, she has figured out how to eat healthy for life. Functional fitness continues to interest her since she has hit the "50" year mark and is fighting the effects of aging! She is the Wellness Coordinator at Coastal Glass Distributors and works part-time at Whole Foods Market.

Gabrielle E. Greene has served as a director of the Company since 2003. Ms. Greene has served as a Principal of a diversified investment fund, Rustic Canyon/Fontis Partners, LP, since its inception in October 2005. In addition, Ms. Greene served as Chief Financial Officer of the Villanueva Companies, a private holding company with diverse investment interests from 2002 through 2005. Ms. Greene also serves on the board of directors of Bright Horizons Family Solutions

Hass Hassan has served as a director of the Company since 2005. Mr. Hassan has been a General Partner of Greenmont Capital, an investment firm, since 2006. Mr. Hassan founded Fresh & Wild, Ltd., an organic food retailer in the United Kingdom in 1999. Mr. Hassan served as President and Executive Chairman of Fresh & Wild from 1999 until 2004, when the company was acquired by Whole Foods Market.

Dr. John B. Elstrott has served as a director of the Company since 1995. Dr. Elstrott is a Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship and the founding director of the Levy-Rosenblum Institute for Entrepreneurship at Tulane University's Freeman School of Business, which was started in 1991.

Morris J. Siegel, 56, has served as our director since April 18, 2003. Mr. Siegel is the founder and retired chairman of Celestial Seasonings, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of specialty herb teas. In 2000, Celestial Seasonings merged with The Hain Food Group, a natural, specialty, organic and snack food company. Mr. Siegel then served as vice chairman of the merged company, The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. and was Chief Executive Officer of Celestial Seasonings until September 2002. In 1987, Mr. Siegel founded Earth Wise, Inc., a marketer of environmentally friendly cleaning products and recycled trash bags. Mr. Siegel currently serves as a director of Whole Foods Market, Inc., a North American natural foods grocer. Mr. Siegel is also a director Annie's HomeGrown Foods, Inc., which manufactures, markets and sells premium all natural and organic foods, and is a subsidiary of Solera Capital LLC; a director of Camelbak Corp., an outdoor sporting goods company; and Avid Health Corp., a manufacturer of vitamins.

Dr. Ralph Z. Sorenson has served as a director of the Company since 1994. Dr. Sorenson is the Managing Partner of the Sorenson Limited Partnership, a venture investment partnership. Dr. Sorenson is President Emeritus of Babson College (1974-1981), Professor Emeritus and former Dean of the University of Colorado, College of Business Administration (1992-present), and former Chairman and CEO of Barry Wright Corporation, a NYSE company (1981-1989). Dr. Sorenson is also a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and has served in the past on the boards of directors of a number of other prominent public companies.
