Mr. Grabb is a Registered Petroleum geologist and has served as a director since May 3, 2007. Mr. Grabb has worked as Senior District Geologist for Samson Investment Company, a large privately held exploration and production company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, since March 2007 and previously served as a geologist for Newfield Exploration from April 2003 to March 2007.
