Sridhar Ganesan has served as Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer of WorldSpace and its predecessors since October 2004. Mr. Ganesan joined the WorldSpace group in September 2001 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development. Prior to joining the WorldSpace group, Mr. Ganesan was the founder and Chief Executive officer of a U.S.-based applications services provider, Skymach Corporation, from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Ganesan worked at Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunication in business development positions. Mr. Ganesan has more than twenty years of experience in business development, implementation of international businesses and projects and marketing and sales in the satellite, telecommunication, Internet, information technology and media areas.

Judy Gruber has been a weekend host on WETA 90.9 FM for over ten years. For three years, viewers regularly heard her as the "voice" of WETA TV 26. Prior to her work at WETA, she was an arts reporter, interviewer and host of a highly popular classical music program on WGMS-FM. In addition to her work at WETA, she is an announcer for Maestro, the classical music radio channel at WorldSpace, a digital satellite broadcasting company that broadcasts classical music around the world. Gruber reviewed classical music for The Washington Post for five years. She has also worked as a program annotator for the Barns at Wolf Trap, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Alexandria Symphony, Washington Performing Arts Society and the National Symphony Orchestra's Young People's Concerts. Currently, she edits biographical information for The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts' Millennium Stage concerts. Gruber has given pre-concert lectures for the National Symphony Orchestra, the Alexandria Symphony, the National Cathedral, the Choral Arts Society, and George Mason University. She also hosts some of the "Conversations with the Conductor" and "Meet the Composer" series at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Her articles on music have appeared in Stagebill and Symphony magazine. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, she is a graduate of Webster University, where she studied piano, cello and voice, and obtained her Bachelor's degree in theater arts. An avid scuba diver, Gruber also enjoys tennis, horseback riding, swimming, weight training and reading.

Kassahun Kebede is founder and managing partner of New York-based hedge fund, PANTON Capital Group. Prior to founding PANTON, Mr. Kebede served in senior positions at Deutsche Bank, including head of European Fixed Income Derivatives as well as head of Global Equity Derivatives. His Wall Street experience also includes Credit Derivatives and Structured Products responsibilities at Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust respectively. Mr. Kebede has a BSEE from Marquette University and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
