WILLIAM B. TIMMERMAN Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer SCANA Corporation William Timmerman, 62, has a long history with SCANA that began in 1978. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Timmerman earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duke University in 1968 and is a 1990 graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. PAUL V. FANT President and Chief Operating Officer Carolina Gas Transmission Paul Fant, 55, has a long history with SCANA that dates back to1979. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Fant graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. He has more than 32 years of experience working in the utilities industry, including 30 years of service at SCANA and its subsidiaries. Fant has served in a variety of leadership positions at SCANA, including senior vice president of transmission services and president and chief operating officer of SC Pipeline Corporation and SCG Pipeline, Inc. These two pipeline companies merged to form Carolina Gas Transmission, an interstate company, in November 2006. Jimmy Addison, 48, joined SCANA in 1991. A native of Lancaster, South Carolina, Addison is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He holds a bachelor of science and a masters degree in accounting, and is also a certified public accountant in South Carolina. Addison began his SCANA career as controller of SCE&G.
