Mr. McDermott is a partner in Hancock Park Associates, a Los Angeles based private-equity investment firm. Prior to joining Hancock Park Associates in 1988, Mr. McDermott served as Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures for Castle & Cooke, Inc. and was a Vice President of Pacific Holding Company. Previously, Mr. McDermott was with Brentwood Associates for three years. Earlier, he was a financial analyst in Corporate Finance Department of Morgan Stanley & Co. While at Hancock Park Associates, Mr. McDermott has operated three acquired companies, including serving as CEO of Leslie's Poolmart from 1988 through 1999 and interim CEO and Chairman of BusyBody, Inc. from 1994 to 1998. Mr. McDermott is currently CEO of Fitness Holdings International and serves on the board of Weider Nutrition International.Mr. McDermott received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A., Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Williams College.

Roger H. Kimmel is Chairman of the Board of Endo. Mr. Kimmel became Chairman of the Board upon the retirement of founder Carol A. Ammon on May 30, 2007. Mr. Kimmel had been a Director of Algos Pharmaceutical Corporation since July 1996 and became a Director of Endo following its merger with Algos in July 2000. Mr. Kimmel has been Vice Chairman of Rothschild Inc., an investment banking firm, since January 2001. Previously, Mr. Kimmel was a partner of the law firm Latham & Watkins for more than five years. Mr. Kimmel is also a director of Schiff Nutrition International, Inc. and PG&E Corporation. Mr. Kimmel is chairman of Endo's Nominating & Governance Committee and is a member of Endo's Audit Committee and Transactions Committee.

Ronald L. Corey has been a director since August 1996. Since 1999, Mr. Corey has been a consultant to various corporations. Mr. Corey served as President of the Club de Hockey Canadien Inc. (the Montreal Canadiens) and the Molson Center Inc. from 1982 through July 1999. In addition, between 1985 and 1989, Mr. Corey held the position of Chairman of the Board and director of the Montreal Port Corporation, an agency which maintains and leases infrastructures to private stevedoring companies.
