Lattice Incorporated was incorporated in the State of Delaware in May 1973 and commenced operations in July 1977. We have been developing and delivering secure technologically advanced communication solutions for over twenty-five years and recently expanded our product offering to include IT solutions with the acquisition of 86% of Systems Management Engineering, Inc. ("SMEI") on February 14, 2005. In September 2006, pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of September 12, 2006 (the "RTI Agreement"), the Company purchased all of the issued and outstanding shares of the common stock of Ricciardi Technologies Inc. ("RTI"). RTI was founded in 1992 and provides software consulting and development services for the command and control of biological sensors and other Department of Defense requirements to United States federal governmental agencies either directly or though prime contractors of such governmental agencies RTI's proprietary products include SensorView, which provides clients with the capability to command, control and monitor multiple distributed chemical, biological, nuclear, explosive and hazardous material sensors. RTI is headquartered in Manassas, Virginia. The purchase of RTI's common stock was completed on September 19, 2006. From March 2003 until February 2005, Paul Burgess was COO of Science Dynamics. As of February 2005, he was appointed president and CEO. On February 2005, Burgess was appointed a director. Joe Noto brings to Science Dynamics more than 15 years of upper level management experience at businesses ranging from early-stage venture capital backed technology companies to middle market operating divisions of Fortune 500 companies. Thomas Spadaro leads the design and development of telephony solutions that facilitate the transition from a circuit-switched network to a digital, packet-based communications environment. Since joining SciDyn in 1983, Tom has managed the development and design of all major product offerings for the Company including the Integrator Series of IP gateways, the Call Control System for correctional facilities and the VFX-250S, Video over Frame Relay Access Device. Judy (Linebaugh) Huynh graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Dairy Science. After spending one year studying at Massey University in New Zealand, she married Han Huynh and moved to Saigon, South Vietnam where they lived for the next seven years. Judy spent two and a half years teaching in the International School in Saigon, three years teaching English as a second language, and six months owning and operating a preschool there. She returned to Michigan with her husband. She taught sixth grade at Palo Community Schools for 17 years and has been the Service Learning Coordinator for three years. In 2003, she was selected as one of Michigan's Social Studies Teachers of the Year by the Michigan Council for Social Studies. She is a member of LATTICE (Linking All Types of Teachers To International and Cross-Cultural Education).. Her sixth grade students are active in educating their community about world hunger; and coordinate the school-wide International Dinner each year to raise money for Heifer International. The sixth grade class also has a partnership with Mohomou Refugee School in Guinea, which was established through RESPECT International (Refugee Education Sponsorship Program Enhancing Communities Together). The classroom is also involved in online projects with iEARN (International Education and Research Network).
