Brian Koenig joined Scientific Atlanta as Senior Vice President Human Resources in March 1988. In this role, he has corporate-wide responsibility for Human Resources, Health, Safety & Environmental Affairs, Community Relations, Employee Communications, and Human Resources Information Systems. Koenig began his career with the Union Carbide Corporation in 1970 and held various employee relations and labor relations positions. In 1978 joined Standard Brands, Inc. as division Director of Human Resources. After Standard Brands merged with Nabisco in 1982, he was named Vice President, Compensation, Administration, and Labor Relations. In 1984, he was appointed Vice President of Personnel for Nabisco Brands Ltd. in Canada. During his tenure in Canada, Nabisco Brands merged with RJR Industries, creating RJR Nabisco. In June 1987 RJR Nabisco relocated their corporate headquarters to Atlanta, Koenig became Vice President, Corporate Personnel, responsible for Employee Relations, Affirmative Action, Succession Planning, Training and Development, Personnel Policies, Organizational Design and the Human Resources aspects of Acquisitions and Divestitures. He presently serves as President on the Board of Directors for the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association, is a member of the Georgia State Human Resources Roundtable and the Senior Personnel Executives Forum and the Society of Human Resource Management. Koenig is a Corporate Officer of Scientific Atlanta, as well as a member of the Corporate Management Committee, the Corporate Compliance Committee and the Scientific Atlanta Foundation. A graduate of the University of Charleston with a B.A. degree in Political Science, a Masters Degree in Public Management, Case Western Reserve University, and Masters Degree in Industrial Relations, West Virginia University.

As a corporate officer at Scientific-Atlanta, Dwight Duke serves as president of Transmission Network Systems. He is also a member of both the corporate management and corporate operating committees which develop and implement strategic direction. His broad area of responsibility includes business units that enable programmers, service providers and cable operators to deliver broadband services to consumers. In addition, he is responsible for expanding e-business programs that simplify and accelerate customers' ability to conduct business with the company. Duke joined Scientific-Atlanta in 1978 and served in operations management, distribution and headend products for CATV, followed by positions in product and major program management in the Broadband Communications group. He was vice president of strategic operations of the Network Systems Group followed by responsibility for the company's Digital Video System business. In the fall of 1993, Duke was appointed vice president of International Satellite Systems Business and became president of the Satellite Television Network Division (now Media Networks) the next year. He was named an officer in the company in 1996 and became president of Transmission Network Systems in 1997. Duke was inducted into the National Cable and Telecommunications Association (NCTA) Cable TV Pioneers in 2003. He is a strong advocate for the Junior Achievement program and serves on its Board of Directors. A native of Augusta, Georgia, he is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where he received his B.S. in Industrial Management in 1974.

Michael C. Veysey joined Scientific Atlanta in January 2003 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In addition to providing leadership and direction to the company He is a retired Colonel, US Marine Corps Reserve.

Dave Davies is Vice President of Strategy and Product Marketing for Subscriber Networks at Scientific Atlanta, Inc. In this role, Davies is responsible for Scientific Atlantaduct development and manufacturing at various technology companies. A member of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM)and the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), Davies has recently spoken at several industry conferences including Digital Hollywood, Kagan, CTAM, and CES. Davies has an M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business, an

John A. Buckett, II has served as Interlink s interim chief executive officer since January 4, 2008. On March 8, 2008, Mr. Buckett retired as vice president, corporate development at Scientific-Atlanta, a Cisco Company, which is a leading supplier of broadband communications systems, satellite-based video, voice and data communications networks and worldwide customer service and support, a position he had served in since 1998. He is currently a member of the Corporate Management Committee of Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Buckett served as president of the International Division and, before that, as vice president, marketing strategies, for all operating units of Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. Mr. Buckett holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

As Managing Director, Transmission Network Systems Europe, Bart Spriester is based in Kortrijk, Belgium where he works closely with the EMEA sales organization to continue to grow the Transmission business in Europe. He directs a variety of key Europe functions including technology development, operations, research and development, product management, customer operations, quality assurance, and market management. Mr. Spriester has been with Scientific Atlanta since 1993, most recently as Director and General Manager of the Digital Transport business in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to his responsibilities in Digital Transport, he was a director in the Analog Optics business based in Naperville, Illinois and has held various positions within engineering management, and product management within the RF Electronics business at Scientific Atlanta. Prior to joining Scientific Atlanta, Mr. Spriester worked in a research laboratory for the U.S. Department of Defense. His background includes experience in engineering, operations, marketing and product management. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Georgia Tech. He has been granted more than a dozen U.S. Patents and has published several papers.

Charlie Burr, Vice President of Engineering, co-founder, holds a BSEE degree and an MSEE degree from the University of Florida, heads the ICP engineering group. His work experience also includes engineering and executive positions at Scientific-Atlanta, ADCOM and Harris Corp.

Sam Nunn is Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative, a charitable organization working to reduce the global threats from nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. He served as a United States Senator from Georgia for 24 years (1972-1996), having first entered politics as a Member of the Georgia House of Representatives, and is retired from the law firm King & Spalding. In addition to his work with NTI, Senator Nunn has continued his service in the public policy arena as a distinguished professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech and as chairman of the board of the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC. Senator Nunn has also served in the U.S. Coast Guard both in active duty and in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve. He attended Georgia Tech, Emory University and Emory Law School, where he graduated with honors.

Bill Kassling is Chairman of Wabtec Corporation. Kassling was initially also President and CEO in 1990 when he and other management purchased the company from American Standard Incorporated. In February 2001, Kassling relinquished his responsibilities as president and CEO to Greg Davies, but remained chairman of the board. When Davies resigned from the company in May 2004 for health reasons, Kassling was reinstated. He again relinquished the President and CEO titles to Al Neupaver in February 2006. Before purchasing the company, Kassling spent six years overseeing its operations as American Standard’s vice president, group executive, railway products group. Prior to that, between 1978 and 1984, he served American Standard Incorporated first as vice president, strategic planning and development and later as vice president, group executive, building specialties group. From 1974 to 1978, Kassling held various operating and strategic planning positions with Clark Equipment Company. Previous to 1974, he was an early member of the Boston Consulting Group, served as an officer in the United States Navy, and was a first line supervisor in machining and assembly for Parker Hannifin Corporation. Kassling holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from Purdue University. He is a board member of Parker Hannifin Corporation, the Pittsburgh Penguins, and SmartOps Corporation. Kassling is also a trustee of the Historical Society of Western Pennsylvania and a member of the advisory board University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute.
