Bickham Dickson is Vice President of Sealy & Dickson, L.L.C., Sealy's Shreveport Brokerage Division, and oversees Sealy's more prominent real estate projects. He is involved in the development of company leasing plans and sales marketing techniques. Dickson is also very active in real estate consultation for many financial institutions, investors and tenants. He has a complete understanding of the various markets in real estate as well as the ability to recognize the trends and values associated with each of these markets. Dickson's broad base of expertise in commercial, office, retail and industrial real estate transactions makes him an essential part of Sealy and Company, Inc.'s national organization. Dickson has served on the development team of some of the largest development projects in the Shreveport-Bossier City area. Scott P. At Sealy & Grant, Grant is responsible for the implementation of real estate development plans and client relations, as well as all components of the real estate development process, including the pursuit of new property development opportunities, site selection, project approval procurement, plan development, budgeting, administration of the construction process and lease review. Prior to his association with Sealy and Company, Inc., Grant served as Vice President of Development for First Industrial Realty Trust, a national real estate investment trust company, for two years. In that capacity, Grant was responsible for the site evaluation, design, construction and the completion of over $75 million dollars of speculative industrial warehouse and flex office projects located in Louisiana, Phoenix and Texas. Grant launched his business career with the Paragon Group in 1984 where he managed the development and construction of industrial and office projects. Shirley Hirth currently serves as a Regional Property Manager responsible for Sealy's Dallas and Houston portfolios, totaling over 3.5-million square feet. The portfolio contains industrial product as well as a 100,000 square foot Office Park in Frisco, developed by Sealy-Grant. She also maintains a Third Party Management account for Sealy consisting of two industrial buildings, 72,000 square feet in Dallas and 150,000 square feet in Houston. She originally joined the company in 1990 when Sealy opened it's first, local D/FW office. She moved with the portfolio in 1997 during Sealy's UPREIT with First Industrial Realty Trust and remained there as an Asset Manager until re-joining the Sealy firm in 2003. Shirley brings back to Sealy, 17-years of industrial management and leasing experience. Beginning her real estate career in 1986 at Woodlawn Investments, she was involved with the development of an Illinois shopping center and the management of office buildings. During her time at First Industrial she managed their Tarrant County Portfolio, containing 3-4 million square feet as well as handling the Leasing for a 25-building service center development. Jo Ann Wheless lists, sells and leases retail and commercial properties primarily in the Shreveport and Bossier City markets. Wheless holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from McNeese State University and is a CCIM Candidate. G. Jonathan Hardtner is responsible for implementing and overseeing the underwriting, coordination, and execution of the development and leasing process for the firm's development projects.
