Bickham Dickson is Vice President of Sealy & Dickson, L.L.C., Sealy's Shreveport Brokerage Division, and oversees Sealy's more prominent real estate projects. He is involved in the development of company leasing plans and sales marketing techniques. Dickson is also very active in real estate consultation for many financial institutions, investors and tenants. He has a complete understanding of the various markets in real estate as well as the ability to recognize the trends and values associated with each of these markets. Dickson's broad base of expertise in commercial, office, retail and industrial real estate transactions makes him an essential part of Sealy and Company, Inc.'s national organization. Dickson has served on the development team of some of the largest development projects in the Shreveport-Bossier City area. He has also completed the acquisition and sale of numerous large investment and commercial properties. Recent transactions include more than 1,000,000 square feet of industrial and office space in the Shreveport/Bossier City market. Dickson graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Business Administration. He holds the designations of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He serves on numerous professional boards and committees, including past president of the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Board of Realtors. He is also a Realtor member of the Louisiana REALTORS Association and the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute.

Scott P. Sealy, Jr., Leasing Director for Sealy and Company, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the leasing efforts of the company's industrial portfolio which includes lease negotiations, budgeting, and strategic marketing. Prior to joining Sealy & Company, Inc., he was involved in leasing in Dallas, New Orleans and Baton Rouge with companies such as Fadoir Company, Sealy Real Estate Services, and First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. where he served as Director of Leasing and Marketing. As Leasing Director for Sealy & Company, Inc., he has formed a cohesive relationship between leasing and asset management, property management, and third party listing agents. In 1995 Sealy obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Economics with an in emphasis in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and is actively pursuing SIOR and CCIM designations.

At Sealy & Grant, Grant is responsible for the implementation of real estate development plans and client relations, as well as all components of the real estate development process, including the pursuit of new property development opportunities, site selection, project approval procurement, plan development, budgeting, administration of the construction process and lease review. Prior to his association with Sealy and Company, Inc., Grant served as Vice President of Development for First Industrial Realty Trust, a national real estate investment trust company, for two years. In that capacity, Grant was responsible for the site evaluation, design, construction and the completion of over $75 million dollars of speculative industrial warehouse and flex office projects located in Louisiana, Phoenix and Texas. Grant launched his business career with the Paragon Group in 1984 where he managed the development and construction of industrial and office projects. Grant is a graduate of Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. His civic and professional associations include serving as member of the Real Estate Council, associate member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, an advisory board member for a local municipality and the Texas A & M University Association of Former Students.

Ms. Lee is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) serves as a President Elect for LA CCIM Chapter and is an Active Industrial member of the The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Shirley Hirth currently serves as a Regional Property Manager responsible for Sealy's Dallas and Houston portfolios, totaling over 3.5-million square feet. The portfolio contains industrial product as well as a 100,000 square foot Office Park in Frisco, developed by Sealy-Grant. She also maintains a Third Party Management account for Sealy consisting of two industrial buildings, 72,000 square feet in Dallas and 150,000 square feet in Houston. She originally joined the company in 1990 when Sealy opened it's first, local D/FW office. She moved with the portfolio in 1997 during Sealy's UPREIT with First Industrial Realty Trust and remained there as an Asset Manager until re-joining the Sealy firm in 2003. Shirley brings back to Sealy, 17-years of industrial management and leasing experience. Beginning her real estate career in 1986 at Woodlawn Investments, she was involved with the development of an Illinois shopping center and the management of office buildings. During her time at First Industrial she managed their Tarrant County Portfolio, containing 3-4 million square feet as well as handling the Leasing for a 25-building service center development. She has extensive experience with the construction /finish out process, as well. She served on the Richland Hills Economic Advisory Board as well as a liason for several Ownership Associations. She attended the University of Texas at Austin and obtained her Texas Real Estate license in 1994. She will complete her CPM designation in 2005.

Jo Ann Wheless lists, sells and leases retail and commercial properties primarily in the Shreveport and Bossier City markets. As a specialist in the retail market, Jo Ann provides her clients with a wide array of valuable services including site selection and contract/lease negotiations, marketing plans, consultations, and space evaluations and planning coordination. With twenty-eight years of experience in the real estate business, Wheless has developed working relationships with major developers, national firms and many local and regional companies such as the Querbes Land Company, LLC, Motor Finance Company, LLC and JLN Properties, LP. She has completed transactions for developers representing Food Lion, Office Depot, Books a Million, and Dollar General and has represented retailers such as Wendy's International, Raising Cane's and AllTel. She has represented several ownership groups in the sale of area shopping centers such as Portico, Canterbury Square, Sunset Village and the South Park Mall. Her association with these national companies combined with her experience in the local market has given her a solid and complete understanding of the retail market. Wheless has been actively involved in the development of Sealy's retail marketing plan and has greatly contributed to the company's client data base. She has been instrumental in creating leasing and marketing materials which offer clients up-to-date reports on the physical, economic and space plan data of various properties in the local market such as Uptown Shopping Center and Heart of Bossier Commercial Center. Her extensive knowledge of the retail market and availability of Sealy's Resource Data Center, enable her to provide accurate inventory absorption studies and annual retail market reviews. Wheless holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from McNeese State University and is a CCIM Candidate. She is a Realtor Member and past president of both the Shreveport Bossier Board of Realtors and the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisianan Association of Realtors and past recipient of the distinguished Realtor of the Year Award. She is a member of the Louisiana REALTORS Association, the National Association of REALTORS and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is past president of Shreveport Green and has received local, state and national awards for her community involvement in environmental and beautification efforts. Jo Ann is married to Buz Wheless and has two sons, B. J., 21 and Mac, 19.

G. Jonathan Hardtner is responsible for implementing and overseeing the underwriting, coordination, and execution of the development and leasing process for the firm's development projects. He performs budget planning and investment analysis on all development projects and oversees the development, marketing and leasing of the projects through their completion. Hardtner joined the firm in August 2000 as Vice President of Development Services. Over the past 7 years, Hardtner has worked in all areas of development, marketing and leasing of industrial properties. Prior to joining Sealy & Company, he worked with ProLogis Trust in Atlanta, Georgia and in Denver, Colorado, where he was involved in the development of industrial projects totaling more than 1.5 million square feet. He was also responsible for the leasing and management of more that 8 million square feet of industrial properties. Hardtner's development and leasing experience has included the metropolitan markets of Denver, Atlanta, Birmingham, Houston, Austin, and Dallas. Hardtner received his Bachelor of Arts from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. He received his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing, from Tulane University's A. B. Freeman School of Business in New Orleans, Louisiana. Hardtner is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the National Association of Realtors. He received the "Million Dollar" designation in Atlanta, Georgia for completing lease transactions in excess of $8 million during 1999. His continuing education is centered on real estate planning and development and the analysis of real estate as an investment.

Melissa Riddick has been a licensed Realtor for over 14 years and specializes in the sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. She is also active in tenant and buyer representation. For the past six years, Riddick was responsible for managing retail and industrial properties in Shreveport, Bossier City, Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA, and Nashville, TN. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, she worked in the commercial construction division of Sealy & Dickson. Riddick is a graduate of LSU-BR and has completed several continuing education courses including those offered by the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is a member of the Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors and a licensed Notary.

Roland Ricou has been involved in Commercial Real Estate for the past 15 years. He serves his clients by providing them with the availability of market analysis, marketing plans and consultations, negotiation, and tenant representation. His experience includes transactions with office properties, retail centers and industrial warehouses. His clients include major developers, national firms and many local and regional businesses. His knowledge of the local market has contributed to his outstanding success with transactions he has completed for the firm.
