Mr. Collins joined the Company in October 2008 as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. In December 2008, he was elected Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Collins served as Senior Vice President, Planning and Analysis, at General Electric Company’s NBC Universal Division from March 2004 to October 2008. Mr. Collins worked in a variety of finance positions in his 18-year career at General Electric Company.

William C. Crowley has served as an Executive Vice President of the Company since March 2005 and as our Chief Administrative Officer since September 2005. He also served as our Chief Financial Officer from March 2005 to September 2006 and as interim Chief Financial Officer from January 2007 to October 2007. Mr. Crowley has served as Chairman of the Board of Sears Canada, Inc. since December 2006 and as a director of Sears Canada since March 2005. Prior to the Merger, Mr. Crowley served as Senior Vice President, Finance of Kmart, and had served as an officer of Kmart since 2003. Mr. Crowley is also the President and Chief Operating Officer of ESL Investments, Inc., a private investment firm, and has served in that capacity since 1999. He is a director of AutoNation, Inc.

Scott J. Freidheim is EVP, Operating and Support Businesses, and a member of the Sears Holding Company business unit board of directors. He is responsible for all of the businesses of SHC which includes all businesses operating in Sears and Kmart formats. Sears Holdings Corporation is the nation's fourth largest broadline retailer, with businesses generating over $50 billion in annual revenues, and approximately 3,900 full-line and specialty retail stores in the United States and Canada. Prior to joining Sears, Scott had been with Lehman Brothers for 17 years, where he most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., overseeing the corporate division, reporting to the company's Chairman and CEO. Over the years, he held officer positions in the investment banking, private equity and corporate divisions. Mr. Freidheim is actively involved with the Institute of International Education (IIE, which administers programs including the Fulbright Scholarships), where he is a member of the Board of Trustees and a member of IIE's Scholar Rescue Fund Board of Directors. Additionally, he is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a member of the Board of Trustees of Spelman College, a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council and Forum of Young Global Leaders, a member of the Executive Advisory Board of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, a member of Young Presidents' Organization and a member of the Economic Club of New York. Mr. Freidheim received his B.A. from Northwestern University and his M.B.A. from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Gary Collier is the Director of Accounting Services for Sears Holdings and is currently responsible for their National Shared Services Center located in Dallas. Gary has held numerous roles at Sears from Field Controller to Director of the Internal Reporting Group in their Corporate Offices located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. He and his wife Kathy relocated back to the Dallas area in April, 2002 and reside in Heath. Gary has served on the board of REA since 2002.

Thomas J. Tisch has served as the Managing Partner of Four Partners, a private investment firm, since 1992. He is the Chancellor of Brown University and also a trustee of the Manhattan Institute and New York University Medical Center.

Coley O'Brien is the manager of merchandise training at Sears Holdings Corporation. Prior to that role, he was the curriculum development manager for Sears University . Ms. Reese co-founded the Center for Adoption Policy in New York in 2001 and is currently its Executive Director. Prior to co-founding the Center, Ms. Reese served as a principal with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a private equity investment firm, from 1999 to 2000, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ITT Corporation from 1995 to 1998. Ms. Reese also serves on the Board of Directors of Xerox Corporation and Sears Holdings Corporation.

Emily Scott is a founding partner and director of Plum TV, LLC, a television station network operating in select resort markets. Ms. Scott served as a director until December 2006, Chairman of the Board of Directors of J. Crew from 1997 to 2003 and had previously served as Vice Chairman and other roles since the company founding in 1983.

Steven T. Mnuchin is Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Dune Capital Management LP, a private investment firm, and has served in that capacity since September 2004. Previously, Mr. Mnuchin served as CEO of SFM Capital Management LP (an investment adviser) from 2003 to 2004 and as Vice Chairman of ESL Investments, Inc. during 2003. Prior to joining ESL, Mr. Mnuchin spent 17 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Mnuchin is a trustee of the Whitney Museum, the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden Board, Riverdale Country School and New York Presbyterian Hospital.
