Brian P. Beck is a founding partner, President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Wealth Management Group of North America, LLC. He is also the Principal (OSJ) with Securities America, Inc. and is a member of the firm's financial and investment management committees. Brian has been in the financial services industry since 1990. Brian received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1989. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), a Registered Investment Advisor Agent for Wealth Management Group of North America, LLC, and holds the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) designation. He has been the featured business writer for "Farmington Valley Post" and "Farmington Valley Herald". In 1980, Charles began a 10-year career with Keller Brothers, a family-owned auto, truck, and tractor dealership where his grandfather was an owner/partner for many years. Charles had a successful career at the dealership specializing in customer relations and Kubota tractor and equipment sales. In 1990, after sensing a call to pursue a growing interest in financial planning and Christian stewardship, Charles made a significant career change by entering the financial services field. For the first several years of Charles' financial service career, he served as a registered representative of The Equitable and Premier Companies. In the spring of 1994, Charles became one of the founding partners of Master's Financial Associates, Inc. Charles brings to the Master's team an ability to develop solutions that help meet clients' financial planning needs. He also serves as the primary liaison to the money managers, investment companies, and insurance companies with whom Master's does business. His most rewarding role at Master's, however, is the development of long-term, meaningful relationships and friendships with the Master's clients whom he serves. Charles is a Registered Representative with Securities America, Inc., is licensed with the PA State Insurance Department, and is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Master's Advisors, Inc. Charles and his wife Colleen reside north of Lititz, Pennsylvania with their three children. Their family enjoys being a part of the Lancaster Evangelical Free Church. Currently, Charles is serving as one of the leaders of the Boys Brigade clubs and serves alongside Colleen in caring for the little ones in the nursery. The Keller family strongly supports Christian education. Their younger children attend Lititz Area Mennonite School, where Charles has served for several years on the Finance Committee and is currently an active member of the Development Advisory Team. Colleen volunteers many hours at the school in various capacities.

Ingrid A. Del Monte (ingrid@delmontegroup.com ingrid@delmontegroup.com ) is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a Masters Degree in Business Adminstration in Finance from the University of San Francisco, McLaren School of Business. She has been in the investment advisory field since 1989 and is a Registered Representative with Securities America, Inc. Ingrid is also a Director of Del Monte Group LLC and contributes to the Del Monte Group newsletter, as well as other Bay Area publications. Jeff Gurnett (jgurnett@delmontegroup.com jgurnett@delmontegroup.com ) is the Administrator of Del Monte Group LLC. He has been with the firm since March of 1996. Jeff oversees all company and network operations and is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of service to D.M.G.'s valued clients. Jennifer Gurnett (jennifer@delmontegroup.com jennifer@delmontegroup.com ) joined the Del Monte Group family in July of 1998. Jennifer is the Senior Client Service Coordinator and is responsible for the processing and monitoring of all new business, as well as assisting clients with account questions and issues. Laura Grover has been a tax and financial services professional for over 30 years. She is founder and owner of Laura B. Grover, Inc. Prior to owning her own firm, Laura designed and taught curriculum development for the Institute of Cultural Affairs, traveling worldwide for 8 years. She has an undergraduate degree from Texas Woman's University and has taken graduate courses from St. Mary's University. Laura is enrolled to practice before the IRS. She is an accredited tax advisor and accountant, and a registered representative for Securities America. She is a frequent speaker on tax and related subjects for professional organizations nationwide, and a published author on tax, financial, and genealogy topics. Laura was formerly a lecturer and curriculum developer for the Small Business Administration, teaching a course in Start Up Recordkeeping and Accounting. Laura's current and former memberships include the National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Society of Accountants, IRS Austin District Liaison Committee (also former chairperson), Trinity University Planned Giving Advisory Council, San Antonio Women's Probate Group, Texas IRS TEC and Practitioner Planning and Filing Committee, and the San Antonio IRS Liaison Committee. Laura has served as board member for St. Matthew's UMC Foundation and Association for Retarded Citizens. She was board member/treasurer for San Antonio Public Theatre, and treasurer for the Alamo PC Organization. She served as Education Chairperson for the Alamo Mission Chapter of the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents, and the San Antonio Genealogical and Historical Society. Laura was past president of the Alamo/Mission Chapter NSPA and Jalapeno Chapter TXSEA, a delegate for the Southwest Texas Annual Conference UMC, and the 1992 TAPA Member of the Year. Bob and his wife, LaNita, live in Leola, Pennsylvania. Their daughter, Rachael, attends Lancaster Bible College, and their son, Bo, is a student at Messiah College. Both are preparing for careers in elementary education. LaNita teaches pre-school children with developmental delays. She completed her undergraduate work at Austin Peay State University and earned a Master's degree in special education at George Peabody College for Teachers in Nashville, Tennessee. Bob previously taught math and English to middle and high school students. He graduated from Millersville State College, completed the Grad Course at Multnomah School of the Bible, and holds a Master's degree from the University of Georgia.
