Ellen Rogin, CPA, CFP , Director of Financial Planning, Marketing and Strategy, has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. She works with the Private Capital Mangers in training and development. Ms. Rogin presents educational workshops, seminar and programs to MetCap clients and prospective clients. She is also a member of the Bank's Board of Directors. Ms. Rogin is Founder and has been the President of Strategic Financial Designs Inc., a wealth management firm in Northfield, IL, since 1990. Ms. Rogin is a nationally recognized expert in financial planning as well as an author and presenter. She writes a monthly column on money management issues for women, that is carried by The Pioneer Press appearing in all 48 of its suburban Chicago newspapers, and she is frequently quoted as a financial expert in a variety of local and national publications. Ms. Rogin earned her B.A. in Economics from Newcomb College, Tulane University and received her MBA, with a concentration in Accounting from New York University.

With over 22 years experience in the wealth planning business, John has now been an independent advisor with his own firm since 1989. His experience includes leading the advisory firma s family, business and institutional relationships. After entering the investment business in 1983, John was President of two Regional Broker Dealers with the responsibility for strategic planning and investment solutions. A native of the same region, John received his Bachelora s Degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. After his move to Arkansas in 1982, John became fully integrated into the community through his philanthropic interests in various non-profit organizations. John expresses his creative side as an artist and art gallery owner. John also spends his time as part of Argenta, a development team resurrecting the Historic District of North Little Rock. An avid health enthusiast, John enjoys running, yoga, Nia, and weight lifting. He resides in Little Rock, Arkansas his adopted home since 1982.

Mike Ramerth joined MBJ as a principal in 1994. He has led structural engineering services for numerous significant projects including the Humphrey Terminal at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, SEI Investments corporate campus in Oaks, Pennsylvania, and Deluxe Check in Phoenix, AZ. His responsibilities include design leadership, quality control, and client care. He is a researcher in the specification and uses of "green" concrete for the Minnesota Concrete Council. A 1975 graduate of the University of Minnesota, he holds professional licenses in 14 states and Washington D.C.
