Susan F. Marrinan (55) Vice president, secretary and chief legal officer since January 2004. Vice president, secretary and general counsel from January 1992 to January 2004. Joined Snap-on as secretary and general counsel in November 1990.

Gary Henning (54) Vice president - operations development since September 2002. Vice president manufacturing from August 1997 to September 2002. Chief executive officer, Consolidated Devices, Inc. from October 1995 to October 1998. Senior director corporate development from August 1995 to August 1997. Director of corporate manufacturing from September 1994 to August 1995. Began his career with Snap-on in 1974.

Irwin M. Shur (50) Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since April 2008. Prior to joining Snap-on, Mr. Shur was Vice President and General Counsel of Enodis plc, a manufacturer of equipment for the commercial foodservice industry.

Louis Pukelis, partner in Pukelis & Lehrer Communications, is an award-winning communications professional with 16 years expertise in public and media relations, primarily in the transportation field. Clients served include state and local governments, associations, non-profit organizations, a variety of Fortune 500 companies, and public relations firms. The Chicago Department of Transportation, Illinois Department of Revenue, Illinois Department of Transportation, Illinois Lottery, Starbucks Coffee Company, BP Amoco, Seagram Americas and Snap-on Tools are among his recent clients. Louis' association with Jonathan Lehrer began when he was managing director of public affairs for the AAA-Chicago Motor Club, during Jonathan's term as vice president.

Roxanne joined Shell from Oxford University where she was pursuing a doctorate in corporate governance. From 1991 to 1997, she held senior positions with Amoco Oil Corporation, including Vice President Commercial Fuels, Senior Vice President Polymers and at the corporate level, where she led strategy, planning and economics. She worked 10 years in the automotive industry with Navistar, formerly International Harvester Company, where she held positions as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Distribution with responsibility for the company's dealer network. Early in her career, she practiced law with a major U.S. firm and worked in the advertising and public relations fields. Active in a number of industry and community organisations, Roxanne has served as non-executive director of several companies in both the USA and the UK and currently is a non-executive director of Snap-On Inc. where she chairs the compensation committee. She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Committee of 200 and the Women's Leadership Board at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard. She currently serves as a Trustee for the Shell Foundation. She has received the Director Choice Award for outstanding service as a non-executive director and other recognitions from universities and organisations for leadership.

Arthur Kelly has been a managing partner of KEL Enterprises, L.P., a private entity investment partnership, since 1982. Previously he had been with LaSalle Steel Company from 1975-1981, serving on its board and successively holding positions as the company's vice president, executive vice president, president, and C.O.O. Prior to joining LaSalle Steel Company, he had been with A.T. Kearney, Inc., an international management consultant, for 16 years. Kelly holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University, and a master's of business administration from the University of Chicago. He serves on the boards of directors of Bayerische Motoren Werke (BMW) A.G., BASF Aktiengesellschaft, Dalta Corporation, DataCard Corporation, Northern Trust Corporation, Robert Bosch Corporation, and Snap-on Incorporated. He also is a member of several boards for committees and foundations associated with the University of Chicago. Deere & Company (NYSE:DE) is the world's leading manufacturer of agricultural and forestry equipment, a major manufacturer of construction equipment, and a leading supplier of equipment used in lawn, grounds and turf care. John Deere also manufactures and markets engines used in heavy equipment and provides landscape and worldwide financial services. Since it was founded in 1837, the company has extended its heritage of integrity, quality, commitment and innovation around the globe.

Mr. Chelberg has served as a director of Northfield since 1989. Mr. Chelberg served from May 1992 through November 2000 as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiAmericas, Inc., formerly known as Whitman Corporation. Mr. Chelberg is also a director of First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. and Snap-On Incorporated. Mr. Chelberg received his LLB degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1958.

Mr. Brinckman has served as a director on our Board of Directors since 2002. Mr. Brinckman was the Founder of Safety-Kleen in 1968. Mr. Brinckman served as President of Safety-Kleen from 1968 until 1998, excluding portions of 1990-1991 and 1993-1997, and for most of the thirty-year period he also served as Safety-Kleen s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Brinckman was appointed Chairman of Safety-Kleen s Board of Directors in August 1990 and served in that capacity until 1998. Mr. Brinckman has in the past served as a director of Johnson Outdoors Inc., Paychex, Inc. and Snap-On Inc.

Retired Chairman of the Board and President and Chief Executive Officer, Harley-Davidson, Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 1998 and 1997, respectively (manufacturer of motorcycles). Mr. Teerlink was a member of the board of directors of Harley-Davidson, Inc. from 1987 to 2002. Mr. Teerlink is a director of Snap-on, Inc. Mr. Teerlink serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Snap-On, Inc.

Mr. Lehman, age 57, retired in 2006 as Group President for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of a wide range of consumer and business-to-business products from natural fibers, which position he held since 2005. From 2004 to 2005 he served as Group President Business to Business for Kimberly-Clark and from 1995 to 2004 he served as Group President Infant and Child Care Sectors for Kimberly-Clark.
