Our business consists of the ownership and operation of income-producing real estate properties. We have a strategy of regional focus in a prime market around the nation's capital and investing in diversified property types. This strategy has been proven through our established performance during our 47 years of operations in Washington, D.C. Prime Market. The greater Washington metropolitan region has been long-established as a thriving area for real estate. Unemployment rates are consistently below the national average, a highly educated workforce calls the region home, and local industries are strong and vibrant. It is an area with low vacancies and healthy rent growth driven by a fundamentally strong economy. Diversified Properties. A portfolio diversified with multiple property types mitigates risk and allows the company to pursue only the best investments. It also allows us to invest when others need to sit on the sidelines. We focus on office, medical office, industrial/flex space, retail and multifamily real estate investments. Established Performance.
