Garry O. Ridge joined WD-40 Company in 1987 as Managing Director, WD-40 Company (Australia) Pty. Limited and he was responsible for company operations throughout the Pacific and Asia. Mr. Ridge transferred to the corporate office in September 1994 as Director International Operations and was elected Vice President-International in June 1995. He was elected to the position of Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in December 1996 and he was named President and Chief Executive Officer as of October 1, 1997. He was also elected to the Board of Directors on November 25, 1997. Prior to joining WD-40 Company Mr. Ridge was Managing Director of Mermax Pacific Pty. Ltd. And held a number of senior management positions with Hawker Pacific Pty. Ltd. (A Hawker Siddeley PLC Group Company) which was a licensee for WD-40 until 1988.

Mr. Collato is vice chairman of the Board of Trustees and chairman of the Governance Committee. He also serves on the Executive, Compensation and Investment Committees. He is president and CEO of the YMCA of San Diego County and has over 40 years of YMCA experience. He serves on the boards of SEMPRA Energy (SRE), WD40 (WDFC), SURGE Global Energy (SRGG), and Project Design Consultants Engineering. He has a BBA and an MBA in management from Pepperdine University. Mr. Collato has been a trustee since 1999.

Mr. Freeman is Division President of the Americas of the WD-40 Company headquartered in San Diego, California. Mr. Freeman has been with WD-40 Company since 1990 in various management positions, including director of operations and director of North American marketing. He has worked on WD-40 information technology globally for over six years, and with North American responsibilities for twelve years. Prior to joining WD-40 Company, Mr. Freeman worked in various marketing roles. He owned and managed a graphic design company and started his career as a systems analyst/programmer at National Steel and Shipbuilding Company in San Diego, California. Mr. Freeman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in American Literature and his Masters in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Giles H. Bateman was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003. Mr. Bateman was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Price Club from 1976 until 1991. Mr. Bateman served as director and chairman of CompUSA, Inc. from 1994 until 2000. Mr. Bateman is a director of Tuesday Morning, Inc, Lifetime Fitness Inc., and United PanAm Finance Corp.

Mr. Milner is Executive Vice President, Global Development and Chief Branding Officer of WD-40 Company headquartered in San Diego, California. Mr. Milner joined WD-40 in 1992 and has held various management positions, including director international (Latin America and Asia) and vice president sales & marketing, the Americas. Prior to joining WD-40 Company, Mr. Milner worked with several advertising firms, including Phillips Ramsey Advertising, a division of McCann-Erickson Worldwide, and KCS&A Advertising in San Diego, California. Mr. Milner was responsible for the WD-40 Company account while he worked at Phillips Ramsey Advertising. Mr. Milner has a B.S. in business administration from the University of San Diego and an MBA in business administration from San Diego State University.

Mr. Irwin is Executive Vice President – Strategic Development for WD-40 Company headquartered in San Diego, California. He joined the company in 1995 as director of marketing – USA and later served in the same role for the Americas. He also served as Vice President-Marketing Americas. From 2001-2008, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to WD-40 Company, he served in finance, business development, marketing, and sales roles at Hybritech Incorporated, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly & Company. He had been a financial consultant at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc prior to graduate school. Mr. Irwin graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with an MBA. He received a BA in Advertising from San Diego State University. He also earned an MS degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego.

Mr. Holdsworth is Managing Director, Asia Pacific for WD-40 Company, he also serves as a board member of WD-40 Company (Aust.)Pty.Ltd. Mr. Holdsworth has been with WD-40 Company since 1996 and is responsible for overseeing operations throughout the Pacific Rim, Asia and Australia. Prior to joining WD-40 Company, Mr. Holdsworth spent 16 years with Columbia Pelikan in various positions within the organization, ending up as general manager of their Commercial Division. Mr. Holdsworth was educated in Sydney at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Noble is Managing Director of Europe, Middle East & Africa. He is based in the European headquarters in Milton Keynes, England, WD-40 Company (Europe) Ltd. Mr. Noble joined WD-40 Company in 1993, based in the Sydney office as International Marketing Manager - Asia. He then moved to Malaysia to open our Asian office in the role of Director of Operations - Asia. In 1996, he relocated to England. Prior to joining WD-40 Company, Mr Noble was with Dow Corning for almost ten years in various sales and marketing management roles within Asia. Mr. Noble holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics. His postgraduate studies include marketing at Monash University and management at the University of Auckland (NZ).

Gary L. Luick was elected to the Board of Directors in 2000. Mr. Luick was the President and CEO of Clickgarden, Inc., an internet software company, from 2000 to 2001. He retired in 1988 from Allied Signal as Director Business Development. From 1989 through 1996 he served as President and CEO of GTI Corp., a networking products company, and he was President and CEO of Coded Communications, a wireless networking company, from 1997 to 1998.

John C. Adams, Jr. was elected to the Board of Directors on June 26, 2001. Mr. Adams served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AutoZone, Inc. from 1996 until 1998, then serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Office until his retirement in 2001. He previously served as President of the Miami division of Malone & Hyde, Inc., AutoZone’s former parent company from 1984 until 1990. Mr. Adams was an owner of Nicotiana Enterprises, Inc., a food distribution company, from 1990 until 1995.

Linda A. Lang was elected to the Board of Directors in 2004. Ms. Lang was elected Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer of Jack in the Box, Inc. as of October 2, 2005. Ms. Lang has served as director, President & Chief Operating Officer of Jack in the Box, Inc. since 2003. Over the past 16 years, Ms. Lang has held the offices of Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President Marketing, Vice President and Regional Vice President, Southern California Region, Vice President Marketing and Vice President of Products, Promotions and Consumer Research at Jack in the Box, Inc.

Mario L. Crivello was elected to the Board of Directors in 1994 following the death of his father, Sam Crivello, a Company founder. Mr. Crivello is retired, having been the managing owner and master of Tuna Purse Seiners.

Peter Bewley, Esq., is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee for San Diego-based WD-40 Company, a $300 million publicly traded consumer packaged goods company. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Bewley, Esq., was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for The Clorox Company, a $4 billion Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods company. His role with Clorox included management of the legal, internal audit, government affairs and community relations functions; participation in the Management Executive Committee (the 6-member senior executive team responsible for strategic and policy direction of the company); counseling the Board, the Chairman and the senior management team on significant legal, governance (including Sarbanes-Oxley implementation) and policy questions; and assuring corporate compliance. Before Clorox, Mr. Bewley served on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Access Worldwide Communication, Inc.; was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for NovaCare, Inc., a billion-dollar rehabilitation services company; General Attorney, Assistant General Counsel and Associate General Counsel for Johnson& Johnson, where he advised Johnson & Johnson's public policy team on legislative strategy with respect to regulatory matters in the United States, Canada and Europe. Additionally, Mr. Bewley, Esq., served as Attorney (Captain) at the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Air Force in Washington, D.C. In addition to his role with the IPWR Board of Directors, Mr. Bewley is an active member and vice-chair of the Board of Directors, chairman for the Finance committee and treasurer of Children Now; and a member of the Board of Visitors of the Stanford Law School and member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Bewley, Esq., received his law degree from Stanford University and his Bachelor of Arts in politics from Princeton University.
