Bryan Rivers, Chief Financial Officer, directs the Company's accounting, finance and treasury management activities. He is also responsible for the Company's financial reporting to management, the Board of Directors and shareholders, as well as its statutory financial reporting to various departments of insurance. Rivers joined Seibels Bruce in 1999 as Controller after working eight years with a national accounting firm where he gained experience with a wide range of accounting, auditing and business advisory services. He was promoted to Treasurer and Controller in 2002 and to Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Rivers graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, with a major in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

As marketing manager, David Pfeifer is responsible for generating new business for Seibels Bruce's insurance programs and managing existing customer relationships. Pfeifer has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in marketing and sales of insurance and related products. His extensive knowledge of the insurance industry allows him to provide excellent service to Seibels Bruce's customers. Before joining Seibels Bruce, Pfeifer served as account executive for Insurance Network Services, Inc. (INS), a full-service claim handling organization specializing in claim administration for all property and casualty lines. Prior to that role, he was a senior account executive for Computer Sciences Corporation (formerly MYND/Policy Management Systems Corporation) in its financial services group, where he was responsible for business development to new and existing clients. Pfeifer also served first as marketing manager and then as sales consultant for the property and casualty enterprise solutions division.

John Hallberg, personal automobile market manager, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in the North Carolina and South Carolina nonstandard auto marketplaces. Prior to joining Seibels Bruce in 1991 as underwriting manager, Hallberg worked for six years as assistant manager of the South Carolina Reinsurance Facility. He also developed a managing general agency with Wausau Insurance Company and Academy Life Insurance Company, including training and managing eight agents located in North Carolina and South Carolina. Before beginning his insurance career, Hallberg served the United States military for two years as drill sergeant at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. In addition to attending numerous insurance and management courses, Hallberg studied computer programming at Richland Technical College and pharmacology at the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the South Carolina Reinsurance Facility.

Larry Lee joined the sales team at Seibels Bruce in 1998, but his wealth of experience began as a claims adjuster in 1968. Larry moved into marketing in 1972, and began traveling as a marketing representative two years later. Promoted to marketing manager in 1982 and then to territorial manager for Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee, he is familiar with the insurance atmosphere in these states.

Alan is the Tennessee Account Executive with Universal Insurance Company. In this role, Alan manages the relationship between the Independent Agents in Tennessee and Universal Insurance Company. Alan is a qualified insurance professional and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor certification from The National Alliance. Alan is no stranger to the insurance industry, having spent 16 years in the business. Before joining Universal Insurance Company, Alan worked in a marketing capacity with several companies. Alan has also worked as a property casualty underwriter in both personal and commercial lines, as well owning his own independent agency for a time. Alan has served on numerous committees with both the PIA of Tennessee and The Insurors of Tennessee. Alan proudly served in the United States Air Force before starting his career in Insurance. Alan is deeply involved in church activities including serving as a deacon, teaching Sunday school and serving as the camp caretaker for the local congregation. Alan is a big sports fan including football, hockey and NASCAR.

As Vice President, Insurance Management Services, Steve Harding is responsible for the Company's underwriting management and claims administration services. This includes operational and profit center responsibility for Insurance Network Services, Inc. (INS), the Company's claims administration subsidiary. He is also responsible for all operational elements of the Company's underwriting management service agreements. Harding joined Seibels Bruce in 1996 as policy processing manager for the South Carolina Reinsurance Facility servicing contract. He was promoted to vice president of South Carolina automobile operations in 1998; vice president, underwriting, in 2000; and vice president, services, in 2001. These positions involved profit center and operational responsibility for personal automobile, flood and commercial lines. Prior to joining Seibels Bruce in August 1996, Steve spent over eight years with GEICO in personal lines claims, sales and customer service. Harding received a bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. A well-rounded insurance executive with experience in many different areas, Steve's current role as vice president, insurance management services, allows him to bring together the knowledge he has gained in the insurance industry to benefit Seibels Bruce and its customers.

Carla Hurd comes to Seibels Bruce from Keystone-Sills Insurance Agency and is a licensed property and casualty agent. As Account Executive, Carla is responsible for generating new business for Seibels Bruce and managing the existing customer relationships for Kentucky. Carla has 24 years of experience and a vast knowledge of the insurance industry. She has worked in many capacities ranging from sales representative to commercial lines underwriter.
