Select Medical Corp.

Robert A. Ortenzio has been a director of US Oncology since 1992 and joined the board of directors of Holdings upon consummation of the August, 2004 Merger. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Select Medical Corporation since September 2001 and was President and Chief Operating Officer of Select Medical Corporation from February 1997 until September 2001. He is also a director of Select Medical Corporation. Prior to that time, Mr. Ortenzio was a co-founder and president of Continental Medical Systems, Inc., a provider of comprehensive medical rehabilitation programs and services, and a director of Horizon/CMS Healthcare Corporation, and served in various capacities at Continental Medical Systems, Inc. since February 1986. Mr. Ortenzio serves as a director of Odyssey Healthcare, a publicly-traded healthcare company providing services to terminally ill patients. R. Steven Paulson, M.D. was elected to serve as a director of US Oncology and Holdings in April, 2006. Dr. Paulson is a practicing physician with Texas Oncology, P.A. ( Texas Oncology ), and has served as Texas Oncology s president and chairman of its board of directors since 2000. Dr. Paulson is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine with a subspecialty certification in medical oncology.

David W. Cross invested in Odyssey HealthCare, Inc. in 1995 and has served as one of our directors since February 1996. Mr. Cross has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Select Medical Corporation, a leading operator of specialty hospitals and outpatient rehabilitation clinics in the United States, since January 1999. He was co-founder of Intensiva Healthcare Corporation, a provider of highly specialized, acute long-term care services, and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from May 1994 until its merger with Select Medical Corporation in December 1998. Mr. Cross was founder, President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Advanced Rehabilitation Resources, Inc., a provider of outsourcing and management of comprehensive medical rehabilitation, subacute and outpatient therapy programs and contract therapy services, serving in each of these capacities from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Cross is a member of the Acquisitions Committee, the Audit Committee, the Compliance Committee and the Nominating & Governance Committee of our Board of Directors. David L. Steffy invested in Odyssey HealthCare, Inc. in 1995 and has served as one of our directors since February 1996. He co-founded Intensiva Healthcare Corporation, a provider of highly specialized, acute long-term care services, and served as a director for Intensiva from May 1994 to December 1998. He co-founded Community Health Systems, Inc., a provider of general hospital healthcare services, in May 1985 and served as Vice Chairman until May 1996. Mr. Steffy currently serves on the board of trustees of the National Hospice Foundation. Mr. Steffy is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating & Governance Committee of our Board of Directors.

Martin F. Jackson has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since May 1999. Mr. Jackson previously served as a Managing Director of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group for CIBC Oppenheimer from January 1997 to May 1999. Prior to that time, he served as Senior Vice President, Health Care Finance with McDonald & Company Securities, Inc. from January 1994 to January 1997. Prior to 1994, Mr. Jackson held senior financial positions with Van Kampen Merritt, Touche Ross, Honeywell and L'Nard Associates.

Scott A. Romberger joined Select Medical as Vice President and Controller in February 1997 and became Chief Accounting Officer in December 2000. Prior to February 1997, he was Vice President and Controller of Continental Medical Systems, Inc. from January 1991 to January 1997. He also served as Acting Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller from June 1990 and December 1988, respectively. Mr. Romberger is a certified public accountant and was employed by a national accounting firm from April 1985 until December 1988.

Jack Egan has been on the U. S. Renal Care management team since 2000. Mr. Egan's credentials include serving in Tampa Florida as Select Medical Corporation's Sr. Vice President from 1997 to 2000. From 1991 to 1997, he was President/COO of RehabWorks, Inc., a subsidiary of Continental Medical Systems. Mr. Egan also served as CFO/EVP of RehabWorks in Clearwater Florida from 1987 until 1991.

Tim Heeke, P.T., M.O.M.T., received his bachelor's in physical therapy at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical (A&M) University. Eight years later, he completed his master's in orthopedic manual therapy at Ola Grimsby Institute and a two-year residency in manual therapy in the Orlando area. Heeke has more than 18 years of experience as a physical therapist and enjoys all aspects of sports medicine. For the past 14 years, he has worked in Southwest Orlando for Select Medical Corp. He has a personal approach, backed by clinical expertise, giving his patients the best possible outcomes.

Leo W. Swergold, Advisory Board Member. Mr. Swergold is the managing partner of Anvers Investors, a healthcare oriented hedge fund associated with ING Barings, a global financial services provider with approximately $300 billion under management. Previously. Mr. Swergold was the head of healthcare investment banking for the Furman Selz division of ING. Mr. Swergold is a graduate of Columbia University and has an MBA from Harvard University.

Leopold Swergold, 67, has served as a director of the Company since August 16, 2005. Mr. Swergold is the sole member of Anvers Management LLC, a general partner of two private equity funds. Mr. Swergold was a Managing Director at ING Groep N.V. from 1997 until he retired in December 2004. He was Head of Healthcare Investment Banking and a member of the Board of Directors of Furman Selz from 1989 until it was acquired by ING Groep N.V. in 1997. After working on Wall Street for twenty years, Mr. Swergold formed his own investing banking firm in 1983 that later merged into Furman Selz in 1989. Mr. Swergold served as a Governor and Chair of the Audit Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD") from 1989 to 1992. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Select Medical Corporation. Mr. Swergold is also a Trustee of the Freer and Sackler Galleries at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.

Russell W. Carson, Advisory Board Member. Mr. Carson is one of the nation's leading private equity investors. He is a founding partner of Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe a leading healthcare and information technology firm with approximately $7 billion under management. He formerly was the president of Citicorp ventures. Mr. Carson is a graduate of Dartmouth University and has an MBA from Columbia University.
