Seminis Inc.

Mr. Glenn Stith is responsible for commercial operations in North and South America for Seminis. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in agricultural economics and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, Stith has enjoyed a 30-year career with Monsanto holding a variety of sales, marketing and management positions within the U.S. and Canada. Prior to his role with Seminis, he served as the Vice President of Monsanto's U.S. Branded Business in St. Louis.

El Sr. Andy Kuchan fue nombrado Director financiero de Seminis en el 2005. Anteriormente, fue el responsable de fusiones y adquisiciones asi como "acoplamientos" estrategicos entre Seminis y su casa matriz Monsanto. Desde 1984 ocupo una variedad de posiciones en el area de finanzas de Monsanto, el mas recientemente como CFO para Asia. Aldo Noseda joined Seminis in 2005 as Vice President of Information Technology with global responsibility for all IT functions. Mr. Noseda has worked for Seminis' parent company, Monsanto, since 1991, holding a variety of positions in Latin America and the United states. For the last five years he was the IT Director for the Monsanto Latin America South region with extended responsibilities on the customer operations business team. He graduated as an Information Systems Engineer with an executive program in Business Administration from IAE University.

Based in Barcelona, Spain, Mr. Dieter Holtz has been Vice President of EMEA since 2005, following two years as the company's commercial lead in Asia. Previously, he was the General Manager of Australasia and the Director of Treasury & Investor Relations at Seminis' headquarters in Oxnard, California. Prior to joining Seminis, he held various management positions at the diverse companies of the Pulsar Group from 1994 to 2001 ranging from financial services to marketing. Mr. Holtz received his master's degree from American Graduate School of International Management and his bachelor's degree in Finance and Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University.

Mr. Ibrahim El Menschawi, who joined Seminis in 2006, leads the company's strategy and marketing organization, including product portfolio management, market intelligence and branding strategies. He has held various leadership positions in the seed industry during his 16-year career, most recently as the Europe/Africa marketing lead for Monsanto Europe. Prior to joining Monsanto, he held sales, marketing and general management roles at one of Seminis' legacy vegetable seed companies. Mr. El Menschawi earned his degree in Agricultural Engineering (BSc.) from the University of Nuertingen, Germany.

Mr. Jorge Christlieb was appointed Vice President of Asia in 2005 after serving as Vice President of Marketing. Since he first joined one of Seminis' legacy companies in 1987, he has held a number of leadership positions in sales, product development, quality assurance and general management in Mexico and Holland. He earned his master's degree in Horticulture/Genetics from North Carolina State University.

El Doctor Marlin Edwards se incorporo a Seminis en el ano 2005 como el Vicepresidente de Investigacion. Recientemente, condujo el area de mas avanzada Tecnologia Genetica en Monsanto, donde desarrollo el principal laboratorio de genotipo, esto permitio que mas del 35 % de los programas de mejora de plantas de Monsanto estuvieran basados en marcadores geneticos. El Doctor Edwards ha estado involucrado en multiples aspectos de investigacion agricola, la mejora de plantas y biotecnologia completando su investigacion post-doctoral en North Carolina State University, donde condujo la investigacion pionera en el uso de marcadores moleculares en la planta que se reprodujo a mediados de los anos 80. Es Genetista de maiz dulce, pimientos y pepinos.
