David Anderson is CEO of Sendmail in Emeryville, Calif. He is chairman of GeoFin Corp. and a director of four other small companies. Anderson was at Amdahl Corporation for over 27 years.

Greg recently joined the Olliance Group as Senior Business Development Executive with 25 years of software industry experience in engineering, marketing, sales and business development. He was most recently Chairman and EVP of Business development with Sendmail, Inc, and continues to serve on their Board of Directors. As founder and chief executive of Sendmail, Greg created one of the first hybrid business models incorporating Open Source with market positioning and licensing models that have become standards for open source business, raised over $60 million of investment capital to realize this new model as a high-growth technology business, and built the company to a recognized leading vendor in Internet email with strong presence in North America, Europe and Japan. Prior to Sendmail, Greg served as vice president of marketing for Integrated Systems, Inc., the largest provider of software and services to the embedded computer systems industry. Before Integrated Systems, Greg was VP of Strategy at Sybase, where he developed the company's Internet strategy in 1995 with founder Bob Epstein and managed a wide range of product and business initiatives. During his six years at Sybase, the company?s revenue grew from $80 million to over $1 billion. Greg joined Sybase from Britton Lee, Inc., where he held a wide range of executive positions including Chief Technical Officer, Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Customer Services and Director of Software Development. Greg holds a BS degree in Information Sciences from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Cheryl brings over 20 years of experience in business management and human resources to her role as VP of Human Resources. In this position she is responsible for organizational development, performance management, management coaching, policy recommendation, salary and benefits, team building, employee relations and the hiring process. Prior to this appointment, Cheryl served as Director of Human Resources at Sendmail. Prior to Sendmail, Cheryl has held positions in the human resource departments of companies including Arrival Communications (multi-state telecommunications), Summa Management Associates, San Francisco Business Times, Automatic Data Processing, and United Cerebral Palsy Association. Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from University of Central Oklahoma. She has also earned a certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute for Professional in Human Resources.

Chris joined Granite Ventures in September 1998 from Hambrecht & Quist, where he was an analyst in the firm's Venture Capital department. Chris focuses on software, internet and digital media investments. Chris serves on the board of directors for Arcot Systems, Managing Editor Software and Purisma. He is a Board observer for Actional, Convio, and Sendmail, and was previously involved with the Boards of Connected (acquired by Iron Mountain) and Cardiff (acquired by Verity). Chris holds a BA from the University of Virginia.

Thomas F. Kelly has served as a director of FEI since September 2003. Mr. Kelly serves as chairman of the board of MontaVista Software, provider of Linux-based development software, where he was also Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President between June 2006 and February 2008. Mr. Kelly served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Epicor Software Corporation, an enterprise software company from February 2008 until January 2009. He also served as a director of Epicor from January 2000 until January 2009. Mr. Kelly was President and Chief Executive Officer of Encentuate, Inc., an enterprise software company, in 2006. From September 2004 until December 2005, Mr. Kelly was an entrepreneur-in-residence with Trident Capital, a venture capital firm. During that period, from March through September 2005, Mr. Kelly also held the title of Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of Transware Limited and its holding company parent, Eastchase Limited. Transware provides localization and translation services to enterprises and e-learning content suppliers, supporting translation in 80 languages. From January 2001 to September 2004, Mr. Kelly was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BlueStar Solutions, Inc., an enterprise resource planning software hosting company. From July 1998 through December 2000, Mr. Kelly was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blaze Software, Inc., a provider of rules-based e-business software that enabled personalized interaction across an enterprise s electronic contact points. From March 1996 through March 1998, Mr. Kelly was employed at Cirrus Logic, Inc., a provider of digital audio, video and high performance analog and mixed signal integrated circuits for consumer entertainment and industrial applications, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and then subsequently as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kelly holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Santa Clara University.
