Dr. Ross Bott was named President and CEO in 2006 after serving four years as member of the board and as Chairman of Seven Networks, Inc. He brings over 15 years of strategic, executive experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining SEVEN, Bott was a partner in Redpoint Ventures (Silicon Valley), Brainheart Capital (Sweden), and Vision Capital (Transatlantic) and led the development process. He has taken interim CEO roles in several high tech start-ups in wireless, enterprise software and systems, and served on the board of directors of a dozen companies. Previously, Dr. Bott served as President and CEO of Onebox.com, where he solidified Onebox's reputation as the most scalable unified messaging provider in the market by launching a communication service and growing it to more than 3 million users in less than one year. Phone. Com (now Openwave Systems), aquired Onebox and Dr. Bott become Chief Operating Officer where he focused on the integration of ten acquisitions, launched next generation strategies and products, and grew revenue 444% annually. Prior to Openwave.com, Boss was Executive Vice President, Product Divisions of Adobe Systems (San Jose, California), responsible for US$1B in revenue and the five divisions producing and marketing all of Adobe's products. Formerly, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Graphics Division, responsible for the company's core graphics business. In addition, Bott was at Silicon Graphics (Mountain View, California), as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Technologies. During his four year tenure, he founded their commercial server division and grew it into a US$400M+ business. Under his guidance, the company expanded its software focus in the areas of data mining and data warehousing, enterprise management and high availability systems. Bott has also worked at Pyramid Technology Corporation for 11 years where he held several senior management positions in areas of engineering, marketing, sales, and corporate strategy and lastly as Chief Technology Officer. He led Pyramida s pioneering role in designing the first commercial RISC multiprocessor server, multi-threaded CPU architectures, massively parallel computers, and unified UNIX. Before Pyramid Technology he was a Computer Scientist with Xerox Palo Alto Research Corporation for four years. Bott holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence/Cognitive Science from the University of California, San Diego and holds a patent in data mining.

Before joining Medio, Damir served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development for SEVEN Networks, where he was responsible for relationships with major service providers and handset manufacturers worldwide, as well as strategic alliances with leading ISPs and key technology partners. Prior to SEVEN, Damir was Openwave Systems' Vice President responsible for client products, including product sales, business development and strategy. During his tenure he successfully licensed the company's microbrowser software to each of the top 20 handset manufacturers, and to date over 300 million handsets have shipped with Openwave's browser. Damir has also held senior positions with AT&T Wireless and McCaw Cellular, where he directed product management and strategy when AT&T Wireless launched the world's first microbrowser service. Damir also served in senior management at Cometa Networks, GTE Government Systems and Hughes Aircraft. Damir holds an MBA from Stanford University, and an MSEE in Communications Systems from University of Southern California.
Peter Hogewoning is the Managing Director and founder of GTM Partners in Hong Kong. Prior to GTM Partners, Peter was Regional Vice President Asia for Openwave Systems. He joined Openwave as European Sales Director and under his leadership Openwave captured a leading position in WAP and Mobile Internet applications in Europe. Earlier in his career, Peter held various leading sales positions for AT&T and Lucent Technologies in both Asia and Europe. He holds an MS degree from the Technical University in Eindhoven. Peter lives in Hong Kong and spends a significant portion of his spare time on racing catamarans.
