David Slayton oversees the accounting, finance, and human resources functions at Shavlik Technologies, including financial reporting, strategic / financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and risk management. Prior to joining Shavlik, David served as the EVP and Chief Financial Officer for a technology startup in the digital brand protection space; as a Director in the Financial Advisory Services consulting practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP; and as a Vice President at Tribeca Investments, a hedge fund that conducts proprietary trading and investment activities. David received his B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Rebecca Shavlik works with other members of Shavlik Technologies Executive Management Team to develop and drive the companys ongoing strategic business strategy, overseeing legal activities, sales, business development, customer service and support, and professional consulting services directly. A former research analyst for several institutions prior to officially joining Shavlik Technologies, she has a background of more than 15 years of experience in business management and strategic marketing research. Rebecca has implemented process-driven initiatives in her business units that have assisted Shavlik Technologies in becoming an industry leader in its field. She received a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters Degree from the University of Washington.

Chris Schwartzbauer provides leadership, vision and direction both for the sales and business development strategies of Shavlik Technologies. Chris oversees the development of Direct Sales, Government, International; Channel; OEM and Business Development teams at Shavlik Technologies. Prior to joining Shavlik, Chris held executive management positions and has 15 years experience leading sales and marketing initiatives for other security software organizations. Chris received his B.S. in Engineering from West Point.
