Gary E. McCullough, 50, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Career Education Corporation (provider of post-secondary educational services) since March 2007. Immediately prior to joining Career Education Corporation, Mr. McCullough served as Senior Vice President of Abbott Laboratories and President of its Ross Products Division from December 2003 to March 2007. Immediately prior to joining Abbott Laboratories, Mr. McCullough served as Senior Vice President Americas of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company from March 2000 to December 2003. Mr. McCullough also spent 13 years at the Procter & Gamble Company where he served in a variety of marketing and management positions. Mr. McCullough is also a Director of Career Education Corporation.

Mr. Heath has served as President, Global Finishes Group since September 2008. Mr. Heath served as President & General Manager, Chemical Coatings Division from November 2005 to September 2008 and Vice President, Marketing of Chemical Coatings Division from May 2004 to November 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Heath was Director, Marketing of Industrial Coatings at PPG Industries, Inc. from December 2002 to May 2004. Mr. Heath has been employed with the Company since May 2004.

Mr. Oberfeld has served as President, Paint Stores Group since October 2006. Mr. Oberfeld served as President & General Manager, South Western Division, Paint Stores Group from September 1992 to October 2006. Mr. Oberfeld has been employed with the Company since October 1984.

Mr. Hennessy has served as Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer since August 2001. Mr. Hennessy has been employed with the Company since September 1984.

Mr. Seitz has served as Senior Vice President Strategic Excellence Initiatives since February 2007. Mr. Seitz served as President, Consumer Group from August 2005 to February 2007 and President & General Manager, Consumer Division from January 2001 to August 2005. Mr. Seitz has been employed with the Company since June 1970.

Robert W. Mahoney has been a member of The Timken Company Board of Directors since 1992. Mahoney is chairman emeritus of Diebold, Incorporated, a company specializing in automation of self-service transactions, as well as security products, software and service for its products. He has held that title since 1999. He serves on the board of directors for Cincinnati Bell, Inc. and Sherwin-Williams Co.

Susan J. Kropf has been a member of the board of directors of The Wallace Foundation since 2002. From 2001 until her retirement in January 2007, Kropf served as president and chief operating officer of Avon Products Inc. with full profit-and-loss responsibility for all of Avon's worldwide operations, including global marketing and supply chain. She was a member of Avon's board of directors since January 1998. A 35-year veteran of Avon, Kropf has held key positions in virtually every area of the company, including marketing, research and development, global product development, customer service and manufacturing. She served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Avon North America and global business operations. In this role, she was responsible for the company's North American operating business unit, as well as global marketing, research and development, supply chain operations and information technology. From 1997 to 1998, she was president of Avon U.S., the company's largest single market, and from 1994 to 1997, she was president of new and emerging markets. Under her leadership, Russia became the fastest-growing new market entry in Avon's history; Central Europe also grew dramatically. In addition, Kropf had operating responsibility for China, and she led Avon's entry into South Africa via Avon's acquisition of Justine (Pty) Ltd. Kropf serves on the boards of Coach Inc., MeadWestvaco Corp. and The Sherwin-Williams Co. She is also a member of Cosmetic Executive Women. In 2005, she was honored by the March of Dimes with the Beautiful Apple award for her dedication to charity. In 1997, Kropf was inducted into the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers. Kropf holds a B.A. from St. John's University and an M.B.A in finance from New York University.
