Brad Antle has more than two decades of experience as a leader in developing and delivering information technology solutions. As President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SI International, he oversees all of the Company's business units, including marketing and sales, finance and revenue management, client relations, operations, and acquisitions. Antle was appointed CEO on September 24, 2005, while retaining his responsibilities as President. Since joining the Company in June 1999, he has held increasingly senior-level executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Prior to joining SI International, Antle was named the first Director of Washington Technical Operations for Lockheed Martin in 1996. Antle began his corporate career at General Electric in 1985. Before joining General Electric, Antle served in the US Navy for eight years as a Surface Warfare Officer and was Deputy Department Head for Systems Engineering at one of the Navy's software development facilities for tactical embedded systems. Antle earned a Master in Engineering degree from Penn State University, a Master in Business Administration degree from the National University in San Diego, CA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Harry Gatanas joins SI International with strong leadership, acquisition, and contracting experience at multiple military and private organizations. As Executive Vice President of the strategic Programs Group, Mr. Gatanas oversees a significant portion of SI International's business with the Department of Defense and the intelligence community. His group focuses on delivering mission-critical solutions to existing and new clients in the areas of systems engineering, net-centric architectures, program management and acquisition support, military satellite communications, command and control systems, telecommunications and network services, information operations, and logistics. Prior to joining SI International, Mr. Gatanas was Senior Acquisition Executive for the National Security Agency. Previously, Mr. Gatanas served as President and CEO of MFN Global Services, a fiber optic telecommunications provider. Gatanas is a retired U.S. Army general with over 30 years experience in the military and intelligence community, including a stint as Commanding General of the US Army White Sands Missile Range.

As Senior Vice President of Homeland Security, Al DeBenedictis leds one of the Company's largest business units with over 1,700 people. Upon joining SI International in 2005, DeBenedictis was responsible for the transition and integration of Shenandoah Electronic Intelligence, Inc. (SEI), a provider of business process outsourcing services primarily for the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to SI International, DeBenedictis supported various homeland defense and security initiatives as a program manager at other IT companies that support the Federal Government. He oversaw large operations and IT contracts with clients that included Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Citizenship and Immigration Services, Customs and Border Protection, US Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Coast Guard, DoD, and the Internal Revenue Service.

Catherine C. McMahon has over thirty-five years experience in the field of technology management and the design and development of technology-delivered learning and performance-aiding solutions. Ms. McMahon joined SI International in 1981 and has served in a number of consulting and progressive leadership roles over the last 24+ years. She received her promotion to Senior Vice President in 2001. As the managing executive for SI International's learning business unit, she is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Company's Learning practice, which focuses on the design, development and implementation of training, performance support and knowledge management solutions to improve business performance for clients in the Department of Defense, civilian agencies and the intelligence community. Ms. McMahon works closely with government and industry clients to underscore the value of human capital and promote the benefits of integrating change management and learning solutions to transform the 21st century workforce. Prior to joining SI International, Ms. McMahon was responsible for the initiation and implementation of office automation programs at the Department of Justice and the Environmental Protection Agency. She began her career in the late 1960's in support of the very early introduction of office automation technology. She holds a BA degree from Rosemont College in Political Science and has completed numerous courses in government contracting, project management and financial management.

Daniel A. Cooley is the Senior Vice President, Network and Telecommunications Solutions (NTS), SI International, Inc. The Company's NTS Group, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, provides networks and telecommunications services to U.S. Government customers throughout the United States. Mr. Cooley's Group provides a broad spectrum of telecommunications system engineering, installation and operations and maintenance services as well as enterprise network design, engineering and management and telecommunications infrastructure design, planning and implementation. His group supports such notable customers as US Air Force Space Command, North American Aerospace Defense Command, US Northern Command, US Strategic Command, US Department of Transportation, Defense Information Systems Agency, Department of Energy, Department of the Army, Department of State, and many others. Mr. Cooley has more than 36 years experience in telecommunications and information systems management. He served as a Communications Officer in the US Air Force for 30 years achieving the rank of Colonel. He joined System Technology Associates in 1997 as a Program Manager for the Air Force Space Command sponsored C4I2SR contract. Starting with a base of $2M and 8 employees in Fiscal Year 1998, the contract, under Mr. Cooley's direction, grew to more than $190M and 220 employees by the end of 2004. In all, Mr. Cooley's group generated more than $50M in revenue in 2004 and his employee base grew to more than 250. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications Systems Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. He and his wife, Susan, have two sons, Daniel and Christopher and a daughter, Jennifer. They reside in Monument, Colorado.

Mr. Tim Emrick has more than 36 years of experience working with Department of Defense programs. As Senior Vice President for the SI International Engineering business unit, he is responsible for the operation of all DoD and selected DoE and commercial programs. Prior to moving to SI International in 2000, Emrick served as the Vice President for Space Systems Division for Systems Technology Associates, Inc. in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1994. During the last 11 years, he expanded the division from a single person to over 350 personnel. His system engineering organization is currently supporting the four commands in Colorado Springs, Air Force Space Command(AFSPC), Northern Command ,North American Defense Command(NORAD) and Army Space Command(ARSPACE) and United States Strategic Command (STRATCOM) in Omaha, NE. In addition, his organization is responsible for providing support for Counter Drug programs, numerous programs in Air Force Material Command (AFMC) in both Boston and Dayton and numerous Navy programs in various locations. Emrick began his DoD experience in the Air Force as 2nd Lieutenant in 1968. He had numerous assignments in the Strategic Air Command(SAC), Air Force Systems Command(AFSC), and Air Force Space Command(AFSPC). During the next 26 years, Colonel Emrick developed experience in intercontential ballistic missiles(ICBMs), acquisition management and space systems. He has had leadership roles include missile crewmember, acquisition director, squadron commander, Director of Operations for the 1st Space Wing, and numerous director positions for the Directorate of Requirements in Air Force Space Command. During his six years in Air Force Space Command, he was responsible for the acquisition, development and installation of such programs as GPS, MILSTAR, SBIRS, CMU and the transfer of the launch ranges to AFSPC. Emrick has a Masters degree from Webster University and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration for Ohio University.

Lee Stratton oversees SI International's human resources (HR) functions, including the recruitment, management, retention and training of employees and administration of employment benefits. Stratton joins SI International with over 20 years of experience in HR leadership positions at GE, TRW, and Raytheon. In his most recent position as HR Leader for the Corporate Finance - Global Business Services organization at GE, he managed the HR function in a growing financial services organization in over 50 countries worldwide. Stratton's focus at GE included key leadership staffing, organizational redesign, and shared services expansion with an emphasis on employee relations and HR initiatives in an environment of significant growth. Mr. Ron Dabbieri is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with 38 years of technical and engineering management experience who co-founded Bridge Technology Corporation with his business partner, Mr. J.D. (Lou) Gould, in May 2000. On 20 December 2004, SI International, a Reston (VA) based information technology company, completed its acquisition of Bridge Technology, which they operate as a new business unit within SI International. Mr. Dabbieri oversees the business unit's day-to-day operations. From September 1996 to April 2000, Mr. Dabbieri was senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer of Sytel, Inc. where he was instrumental in leading the company from being a $30 Million networking company to a $60+ Million major Information Technology services provider. For the three years before joining Sytel, he was the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Chief Information Officer & Director of Information Management where he was responsible for an Information Mission Area program in excess of $300 Million yearly, acted as the Program Executive Officer for three major IT acquisition (MAIS) programs and was the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) for the Corps' below threshold IT acquisition programs. His military decorations include five awards of the Legion of Merit. For the three years immediately prior to reporting to Corps Headquarters, he was a Corps of Engineers District Engineer/Commander where he managed a program in excess of $1 Billion per year and carried an unlimited warrant as a U.S. Contracting Officer. He has managed large 1000+ person organizations and currently holds an active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Poly. With a degree in Computer Science, high level Information Management government service, hands on technical knowledge, U.S. Contracting Officer experience and senior executive qualifications, Mr. Dabbieri possesses a rare combination of education, public service experience and private sector credentials to successfully lead an Information Technology company, especially one supporting Federal Government clients.

Dr. Walt Grabowski is Vice President, Emerging Markets, at SI International, Inc. He has over 30 years experience in research & development, program management, and business development. Dr. Grabowski joined SI International in 2005, and is responsible for the identification and development, across all of the company's business units, of technology and system solutions for the company's Federal Government's clients. He is a leading spokesman for issues associated with OMB's efforts to facilitate the Federal Government's transition to IPv6. He is also responsible for SI International's initiatives to maximize the impact of its nuclear and radiological material detection capabilities to port and container security. Dr. Grabowski was with AT&T for 16 years prior to joining SI International. He started at AT&T Bell Labs as Programs & Technical manager where he oversaw the development and sea-trials of signal processing and command & control technology in support of the U.S. Navy. Subsequently, he was responsible for program development, product commercialization and business development. From 1998 through 2001, Dr. Grabowski was AT&T's Program Manager for the implementation and operation of DoD's global C2 video-teleconferencing service. Dr. Grabowski's final assignment was Capture Management Vice President at AT&T Government Solutions. He designed, staffed, implemented, and managed a large, successful Business Capture organization. Prior to his work at AT&T, Dr. Grabowski was with The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. There he served as the Principal Investigator and Principal Professional Staff member. His activities included predictive modeling, data analysis, signal processing, and at-sea trial planning and management.

Walter Culver has served as SI International'sVice Chairman and Director of Major Programs from 2002 until his retirement from management on January 14, 2005. Dr. Culver continues as a member of SI International's Board of Directors and has been on the Board since 1998. Dr. Culver was one of the co-founders of the Company and served as President and Chief Operating Officer from October 1998 to March 2001. From March 2001 until May 2002, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SI International Telecom Corporation, and currently serves as its Vice Chairman. He has been a member of the board of directors since our founding. He has held executive positions in our industry since 1971, and management positions since 1965. From September 1997 to October 1998, Dr. Culver was self employed as a consultant and the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Aydin Yazilim ve Elektronik Sanayi, A.S., of Ankara, Turkey, a subsidiary of Aydin Corporation. From 1996 to 1997, Dr. Culver served as an Executive Vice President at CACI, Inc. From 1968 to 1990, Dr. Culver held positions at Computer Sciences Corporation including President of Defense Systems Division, President of a diversified federal division of 2,000 employees, and Corporate Vice President of Systems Integration. Dr. Culver serves on the Board of Directors of AAC, Inc.
