Paul Kaleta most recently was with Koch Industries, Inc., of Wichita, Kansas, holding a variety of positions which included general counsel for the parent company and a number of subsidiaries in Koch's multi-faceted organization. Prior to joining Koch, Kaleta was vice president and general counsel of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation in Syracuse, New York, where for six years he oversaw all legal matters related to this New York Stock Exchange-listed gas and electric utility. Kaleta also was a partner and associate in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Swidler & Berlin, Chtd., (1985-1991), as well as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (1982-1984).

Roberto R. Denis joined NV Energy, Inc. (formerly Sierra Pacific Resources) in August 2003. He has been affiliated with the utility industry for more than 35 years. Prior to joining NV Energy, he was vice president of market and regulatory affairs for FPL Energy LLC, a subsidiary of Florida-based FPL Group, Inc, one of the nation's largest electric utility holding companies and leader in the production of renewable energy. From the beginning of his career with FPL in 1972, Denis has held a number of key management positions in the areas of power systems development and operations; development, implementation and administration of wholesale energy interchange; transmission and purchased power arrangements; system planning; and load forecasting. More recently with FPL Energy, he was responsible for initiating and managing all state and federal regulatory strategies throughout the United States. During this tenure with FPLE he was elected Chairman of the New England Power Pool ("NEPOOL"), the governing institution of New England's fully competitive wholesale standard market. Denis held the position of NEPOOL Chairman for two years until he resigned to join Sierra Pacific Resources.

Don Snyder is the Chairman of the Las Vegas Performing Arts Center Foundation, which is currently in the predevelopment stage for The Fred W. and Mary B. Smith Center for the Performing Arts, a world-class performing arts center to be built in downtown Las Vegas.

Mr. Anderson is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TAG Holdings, LLC, which has the strategy of owning a controlling interest in a diverse range of manufacturing and service related enterprises. The corporation's holdings include Vibration Control Technologies, LLC, a manufacturer of torsion vibration dampers, A&D Technologies, LLC, a Korean and Chinese manufacturer of temperature sensors and plumbing ceramics, North American Assemblies, LLC, a provider of assembly and supply chain management services, Great Lakes Assemblies, LLC, a provider of automobile and motorcycle wheel assemblies, and Gulf Shore Assemblies, LLC, a provider of automobile wheel assemblies. Mr. Anderson serves on the board of directors for five publicly-traded companies: Quaker Chemical Corporation, ArvinMeritor, Inc, Sierra Pacific Resources, Rite Aid Corporation and Valassis. He also serves on the boards of Original Equipment Suppliers Association, Society of Automotive Engineers Foundation and the Society of Automotive Engineers International. In addition, Mr. Anderson is on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Black Automotive Suppliers and the Board of Governors of the Center for Creative Leadership. His community involvement includes Horizons-Upward Bound Advisory Board and Board of Directors of Focus:Hope.

Satre is a graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a J.D. from the University of California at Davis. He attended the Senior Executive Development Program at M.I.T.'s Sloan School of Management in 1982. Satre has been given many honors and awards during his career including being elected by the AGA to the Gaming Hall of Fame, awarded the East Coast Gaming Congress Lifetime Achievement Award as well as the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Gaming Summit. Satre has been named Gaming Executive of the Year by the Casino Journal and selected as Best Chief Executive in the Casino and Hotel Industries by the Wall Street Journal.
