Chris Bachman, Bad Axe, is a senior vice president, chief financial officer at Signature Bank. I am happy to have an opportunity to help make the future of our county brighter through philanthropic programs. The Huron County Community Foundation is a vehicle used to foster growth and enhance the richness of life in the area. Funds in the foundation are earmarked for scholarships, youth programs, social services, and environmental and historic preservation. These are all essential needs in a viable community. As a father of three children, I like being part of ensuring the quality of life for generations to come.

A Board Member since 1991, Mr. Counts is a veteran of the banking industry with more than 40 years experience, Currently, he is Senior Vice President with Signature Bank in St. Petersburg. His previous career titles include Chairman of the Board of Premier Community Bank; Founding Director, President and CEO of Marine Bank; and President and CEO of Flagship Bank of St. Petersburg.

Peter S. Quinlan serves as Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Signature Bank, a role to which he was appointed in November 2006. In this capacity he manages the investment portfolio, interest rate risk and liquidity management functions of the institution. Prior to this appointment, he had been serving as Treasurer of Signature Bank. He also serves as the Chairman of the Company's Asset Liability Management Committee. Prior to joining Signature Bank, he was a divisional Chief Financial Officer of Bank Hapoalim, which he joined in September 2000. He also previously served as the Treasurer of Clarity Holdings and Clarity Bank as well as the Controller of First Trade Union Bank. Mr. Quinlan began his banking career with the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) as an Associate National Bank Examiner.

Scott Shay has been involved in the investment banking industry since 1980. Among his recent achievements, Scott has overseen the creation and development of Signature Bank in New York, where he is also the chairman. Scott is also a partner of Hyperion Partners and Managing Director of Ranieri & Co, Inc. Prior to joining Ranieri & Co/Hyperion Partners, Scott served as a director and a senior member of the mergers and acquisitions department of Salomon Brothers Inc. Scott has played a very active role on the board of SuperDerivatives since the very early stages of the company.

Mr. Byrd is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pratt Financial Services, the U.S. investment affiliate of the Pratt family-owned multinational packaging company. Mr. Byrd oversees the firm's private equity fund, which specializes in community banks. Joining the Pratt family in 1988, Mr. Byrd was instrumental in spearheading the core packaging company's U.S. growth strategy, completing 16 acquisitions during his 15 year career with Pratt, the last 7 as CEO. Prior to joining forces with Pratt, Mr. Byrd was an investment banker with Security Pacific Bank for 14 years. He held a number of increasingly responsible positions, including Vice Chairman, Senior Loan Committee, and head of the Leverage Buyout Group. He founded and was head of the Mergers And Acquisitions Group prior to his departure. Mr. Byrd holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and a Masters of Business Administration from U.C.L.A.

Jeffrey W. Meshel is president and co-founder of Mercury Capital Corporation, Mercury Properties and Mercury Equity Group. Mr. Meshel has over twenty years experience in the acquisition, management and lending on residential and commercial real estate.

Kathryn A. Byrne, CPA, was named to the board of directors of Signature Bank in December 2005. She currently serves as the partner in charge of the international services group at Weiser, LLP, a New York City-based accounting and consulting firm. Byrne has more than 18 years of experience in providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to domestic and foreign corporations across various industries.

Interim President of Drury University in Springfield, Missouri and Executive Director of Drury's Edward Jones Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Parnell is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Signature Bank, now BancorpSouth, in Springfield, Missouri. He authored Postcards from Branson: A Century of Family Reminiscence, Mom at War, The Buffalo, Ben and Me (forthcoming). Parnell is a trustee for the Nature Conservancy and Board Member for the Springfield/Branson Regional Airport, James River Basin Partnership, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, the Community Foundation of the Ozarks and the Missouri Bankers Association. Parnell is a founding member of the Upper White River Basin Foundation.
