Dave Eherts joined Sikorsky as Vice President, Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Chief Safety Officer in 2006. He has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of environment, health and safety. Dr. Eherts began his career in 1981 as a toxicologist in the Pre-Clinical Drug Safety Assessment department at Merck Pharmaceuticals. He moved to EHS and became Merck's Global Occupational and Environmental Toxicologist in 1990. He left Merck to join Rhone-Poulenc (which eventually merged to become sanofi-aventis) in 1992 as Site Director of EHS for a 2,000-person R&D site, as global head of EHS for R&D and as Worldwide Director of Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene (all at the same time) then rose to the position of Global Director of Industrial Hygiene, Environment and Product Stewardship at the company's U.S. headquarters in New Jersey. Before coming to Sikorsky, he and his family moved to Connecticut in 2003 where he joined Purdue Pharma as Executive Director of EHS at its corporate headquarters in Stamford. Outside Sikorsky, Dave heads the Return-on-EHS-Investment (ROEHSI) Taskforce for the Organization Resources Counselors (ORC) group and is a frequent presenter at design and aviation safety conferences, occupational toxicology roundtables and other industry events. He serves on advisory boards for ORC's Occupational Safety and Health Group and their Executive Business Issues Forum and on the board of directors for Occupational Knowledge International (an NGO dedicated to preventing overexposure to lead in battery manufacturing plants in developing countries) and Soundwaters (an NGO dedicated to protecting Long Island Sound). Dave holds bachelors' degrees in chemistry and biology and a master's and doctorate in environmental toxicology from Drexel University. He also is an adjunct professor at New York Medical College (where he teaches courses in environmental toxicology, industrial hygiene and occupational health), and is active in his community, church and as a basketball and Little League baseball coach.

Mike Paul Joined Sikorsky as Vice President and CIO on Sept. 1, 2003. In August 2006, Mike was also named VP - Material Demand and Asset Planning. He has a unique mix of operational, materials and Information Technology (IT) experience. Prior to joining Sikorsky, Mike worked at sister company Pratt & Whitney for 19 years. He joined Pratt & Whitney as Supervisor of Systems and Programming in 1984. Other assignments were Manufacturing Business Unit Manager - Cases and Shrouds; Operations Manager - Turbine Airfoils; and Director of Materials, Scheduling and Logistics. He was assigned to Pratt's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project in 1999. He also managed all of Pratt & Whitney's IT Business Applications and ERP implementation. Mike is an alumnus of Central Connecticut State University, from which he earned his degree in management.

Richard (Rick) S. Caswell was appointed Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation in June 2007. In this position, Rick leads all of Sikorsky's financial functions, providing guidance and control to departments and programs for efficient and profitable growth. Previously Rick served as Vice President, Finance at Pratt & Whitney Canada, a position he held since April 2004. Steve Estill is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Steve is responsible for United States government business development, international military sales and commercial helicopter sales for Sikorsky. Since joining Sikorsky in 1980, Marc has held a wide variety of technical and management positions including the engineering leadership for the MH-60K BLACK HAWK helicopter derivative for Special Operations and served as both Business Manager and Program Manager for the S-92 development program. Beginning in 2001, Marc led the business management functions supporting commercial sales, subsequently expanding this role to include the management of all Proposal Operations. Marc was the principle founder of Sikorsky's Proposal Center of Excellence in 2006. At the start of 2007, Marc was promoted to his current position as Vice President, Commercial Business, and in that capacity is responsible for all commercial helicopter models, including the subsidiary operations of Keystone, AAG, and Shanghai Sikorsky. Marc holds an MBA from the Georgetown University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Carnegie-Mellon University. He was a participant in Sikorsky's Management Leadership Development Program and in the UTC-Daimler Benz Management Exchange. He has attended the Darden School of Business Senior Executive Program and other industry programs in both the U.S. and Europe, and has been a guest lecturer or senior project adviser at the University of New Haven and at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Scott Starrett joined Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. in February 2008 as Vice President, Government Programs. In this position he has overall responsibility for ensuring quality program management for the United States Government customer so that our soldiers, sailors and marines continue to fly the best equipment in the world. These programs include the BLACK HAWK, SEAHAWK , CH-53 heavy-lift, Executive and other military aircraft programs. Scott comes to Sikorsky from Honeywell, where he was a member of the senior Aerospace division leadership team for 10 years and a 26-year veteran of the company. In his latest position at Honeywell, Scott served as Vice President, Military Aircraft, Aerospace, starting in September 2005 with strategic leadership and P & L responsibility for $1.6 billion in military programs. At Honeywell, he also held the position of Vice President and General Manager, Defense and Space, from April 2002 to June 2005. In that role, he reported to the president of the then $11 billion Aerospace division and was accountable for all sales, marketing and aftermarket operations for the $4.5 billion Defense and Space segment. Other positions included Vice President and General Manager, Defense and Space; Vice President and General Manager, Air Transport, Aerospace Electronic Systems; and Vice President, Business Development, Space Systems. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Air Force Association, Navy League, Coast Guard Foundation, and the Association of the U.S. Army. Scott is married and has two adult daughters.

Antonia Schnauber came to London in 1998 to pursue her academic studies, which she completed in 2001 at Goldsmiths College, University of London with the Master of Arts in Cultural Studies. The topic of her Masters dissertation and main focus of her research was on German Holocaust commemoration culture. After having worked on the cultural sector as a writer and researcher, Antonia graduated from the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts in London with the diploma in professional acting in autumn 2004. Several stage performances followed in London and Germany. She played "Meurteuil" in "The Quartet" by Heiner Mueller at Theatro Technis in London, March 2005, and since spring this year she has appeared as a main character in the play "Lehrernacht" ('Night of the teachers') by Bodo Kirchhoff at the Hessische Landestheater Marburg near Frankfurt.

Dr. Dale Burton is sector vice president, Technology and Chief Technology Officer for Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems sector, reporting directly to the sector president. He is responsible for directing the technology focus, reviewing sector technology development, and managing the decision-making process for discretionary resources for technology development and fielding. Having joined Northrop Grumman in July 1987 as a lead engineer, Dr. Burton was promoted to chief systems engineer a year later, heading the preparation of the top-level Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (Joint STARS) Preliminary Design Review summary. He led the engineering flight test system integration and flight test effort to a successful completion, which was capped by the "Early Look" and the European operational field demonstrations in 1990. As technical advisor to the Engineering department and a member of the full-scale development team, Dr. Burton flew 37 combat missions in Desert Storm. Following his return from Desert Storm, he was appointed director of Advanced Systems and, in March 1996, was named deputy program manager for the Joint STARS program. He served as chief engineer and deputy department manager of Engineering, Technology and Integrated Logistics Support beginning in early 1998. The following year he was appointed vice president, Engineering, Logistics, and Technology and in January 2003 was also named vice president, Advanced Architectures for Integrated Systems' Advanced Capabilities Development organization. Dr. Burton was a member of the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board from 1994 through 1998 and, prior to joining Northrop Grumman, held various lead technical positions in corporations such as Raytheon, Hughes Radar Systems Group, United Technologies Research Center, and Sikorsky Aircraft. He earned a Doctor of Science degree in applied mathematics from Florida State University in 1981 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

Jeff Moore has a varied life as a violinist, pianist and composer. He has performed in numerous productions with the National Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and appeared in the film version of Phantom of the Opera. He has worked with Paul McCartney, Marianne Faithfull, Jools Holland, Incognito and Ravi Shankar as well as being a regular performer with the Bootleg Beatles. He has also played a gypsy jazz set with Hank Marvin. Jeff's piece "Amongst Barbarians" was commisioned and premiered by Dynamix Ensemble for their "Sound Bites" tour, and his interlude for strings entitled "Quietus" was featured in a Contemporary Music Network tour with cello maverick David Darling and the Wulu Bunun singers of Taiwan. For the last five years Jeff has lead the Dartington Festival Orchestra and takes an active role in various aspects of music making at the Summer School. He took part in La Mariposa Tango's reinterpretation of Piazzolla's operita "Maria de Buenos Aires" last year.
