Mr. Hirsch has over forty years of successful financial and managerial experience with particular emphasis on debt financing, analysis and financial administration. Mr. Hirsch has extensive experience in the placement of equity and debt capital, economic and tax forecasting, oversight of the financial operations for public companies and interfacing with financial institutions. For 25 years Mr. Hirsch was engaged in various aspects of commercial lending including 14 years with Barclay's Business Credit, a division of Barclay's Bank, ultimately serving as president of the Special Financial Division from 1980 to 1987. Since 1988, Mr. Hirsh has been president of H&H Financial, Inc., an Avon, Connecticut-based financial advisory company. Mr. Hirsch has served in senior management positions of various companies including Chief Financial Officer and Director of Mego Financial, Inc., a publicly held corporation engaged in the marketing and development of resort time share properties under the Ramada Vacations Suites brand. In 1988, a group formed by Mr. Hirsch acquired control of Mego, which it subsequently sold in 2002. Mr. Hirsch serves as an independent director for Silverleaf Resorts, Inc., a Dallas, Texas-based company engaged in the resort time share business.

Five-year-old Kevin liked to play catch, a lot. Two of his older brothers had the patience to endlessly toss the ball back and forth ? and back and forth to little Kevin. By the time he was in Little League, his throwing skills already far-exceeded those of his teammates. He was always first team, all-district in junior and senior high. His abilities shined, but coaches, while well-meaning, didn?t really know what advice to give Kevin in order to advance his baseball career beyond high school. It was a small 4A high school that didn?t normally attract the attention of college recruiters and pro scouts. In his senior year he hit .998, committed one error and had a 3.0 grade point average. He was an exceptional player, and he knew it, but he didn?t have the guidance and exposure needed to go beyond high school baseball. While he still loved baseball, he enrolled at Prairie View University, a small Texas college, and set his dreams aside for a year. In the summer of 1986 Kevin played in a summer league and caught the attention of a high-school baseball coach who had taken South Grand Prairie High School to the state championships. Recognizing great talent, he advised Kevin to enroll at Navarro Junior College (a school closely watched by the major league scouts) and go out for the team as a walk-on. Kevin followed this counsel and, while maintaining a 3.0 average, went all out in his attempt to secure recognition for his talents on the field. Whenever the coach called special meetings for the scholarship players, Kevin showed up, too ? always sitting in the front row. Kevin?s confidence in himself and the athletic talents he demonstrated on the field resulted in an athletic scholarship for the 1987 spring term. Out on the field, he was finally in position to show off his talents and catch the attention of pro scouts ? and they noticed! That spring, he was drafted in the 6th round by the Texas Rangers and started off in their instructional league. In 1987-88 he made team captain over many who went on to gain fame out on the field, including ?Pudge? Rogriguez, Sammy Sosa, Juan Gonzales, Billy Hasselman & Darren Oliver. Following a year on the A Team, playing out of Gaston, NC, and a short stint in Double-A and Triple-A, he reached his dream ? playing in the Major Leagues. This dream was short-lived. After one season playing outfielder for the Texas Rangers, disaster struck and he underwent shoulder surgery. This kept him off the field for a season, and in 1993 he was traded to the Chicago White Soxs and played in the minor leagues. A second shoulder surgery brought a halt to his baseball career. It was time to move on. Kevin?s first baseball card touted him as the ?hardest worker in the Ranger organization.? The work ethic that drove him to succeed in baseball now provided the stimulus for him to succeed off the field. Kevin now works as a credit analyst for Silverleaf Resorts.

J. Richard Budd, III was elected as a Director of Silverleaf in May 2002. Since January 2008, Mr. Budd has served as the Managing Director of GMAC ResCap, a Cerberus portfolio company. Prior to that, he was employed by Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company and provided consulting services to clients of Cerberus from July 2007 to January 2008. He was a partner in the restructuring advisory firm of Marotta Gund Budd & Dzera, LLC from January 2001 to July 2000. Mr. Budd is also a director of Kimball Hill Homes, Inc., a homebuilder.

Ms. Whitmore joined the board in November 2003. She is currently a director of Silverleaf Resorts, Inc., where she serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. She is a former director of Epoch Biosciences, a supplier of proprietary products used to accelerate genomic analysis. Ms. Whitmore is Founder of Benton Consulting, LLC, which specializes in business development and processes. From 1976 through 1999, Ms. Whitmore held numerous engineering and finance positions at Mobil Corporation, including Mobil's Chief Financial Analyst and Controller of Mobil's Global Petrochemicals Division. Ms. Whitmore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Lewis University.
