We are a diversified television broadcasting company that owns or provides certain programming, operating or sales services to more television stations than most other commercial broadcasting groups in the United States. We currently own, provide programming and operating services pursuant to local marketing agreements (LMAs) or provide (or are provided) sales services pursuant to outsourcing agreements to 58 television stations in 35 markets. For the purpose of this report, these 58 stations are referred to as our stations. We have a mid-size market focus and 43 of our 58 stations are located in television designated market areas (DMAs) that rank between the 13 th and 75 th largest in the United States. Our television station group is diverse in network affiliation: FOX (20 stations); MyNetworkTV (17 stations); ABC (9 stations); The CW (9 stations); CBS (2 stations) and NBC (1 station). Refer to our Markets and Stations table later in this section for more information. We broadcast free over-the-air programming to television viewing audiences in the communities we serve through our local television stations. The programming that we provide consists of network provided programs, news produced locally, local sporting events and syndicated entertainment programs. W. Gary Dorsch has served as President of Keyser Capital, LLC since October 2007. Keyser Capital is the private equity and real estate investment fund established by us in January 2007. Prior to joining Keyser, Mr. Dorsch founded and co-managed Allegiance Capital, L.P. from 1999 to present. Allegiance is a licensed Small Business Investment Company. Prior to Allegiance, he spent 24 years with Bank of America and its predecessor banks in Maryland . Steven M. Marks has served as Vice President/Chief Operating Officer since May 2007. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer/Television Group from February 2003 to May 2007. Mr. Marks is responsible for the television station group operations. Prior to that, he served as Vice President/Regional Director from March 2002 to February 2003. As a Vice President/Regional Director, Mr. Marks was responsible for the Baltimore, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Flint, Tallahassee, Charleston, West Virginia, Portland, Springfield, Minneapolis, Tampa, Syracuse, Norfolk, Richmond, Buffalo and Rochester markets. Gregg L. Siegel has served as Vice President/National Sales since June 2001. M. William Butler M. Robert Malandra has served as Operations Controller since 2006. Prior to joining Sinclair from 1999 to 2006, he worked for Madison Square Garden as an Executive Consultant dealing with initiatives for their MSG Network, Fox Sports New York, Radio City, and Arena properties.
