SiRF Technology Inc.

Dado Banatao is the managing partner of Tallwood Venture Capital. With his past experiences as an entrepreneur, Dado provides Tallwood with a unique perspective. As an engineer, he is credited with developing several key semiconductor technologies and is regarded as a Silicon Valley visionary. As an investor, he has a keen sense of trends and opportunities involving technology solutions for computing and communications. Prior to forming Tallwood, Mr. Banatao was a venture partner at the Mayfield Fund. He has co-founded three technology startups, S3 (SBLU), Chips & Technologies (INTC), and Mostron. He has also held positions at National Semiconductor, Seeq Technologies, Intersil, and Commodore International. In 1997, he was honored with the prestigious Master Entrepreneur of the Year Award sponsored by Ernst & Young, Inc. Magazine, and Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services. Mr. Banatao serves as Chairman for SiRF Technology (SIRF) and current Tallwood portfolio companies. He also served as Chairman and led investments in Marvell Technology Group (MRVL), Acclaim Communications, acquired by Level One (INTC), Newport Communications, acquired by Broadcom (BRCM), Cyras Systems, acquired by Ciena (CIEN), and Stream Machine, acquired by Cirrus Logic (CRUS). He holds a B.S.E.E., cum laude, from the Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford University.

Dennis Bencala joined SiRF in 2000 as Corporate Controller and became Senior Director, Investor Relations & Business Development in August 2007. Prior to joining SiRF, Dennis was the Controller at ScanVision, Inc. He holds a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.

Geoffrey Ribar joins SiRF with over 20 years of semiconductor and finance experience, which includes nearly 10 years experience as a CFO. Geoff joins SiRF Technology from Matrix Semiconductor, where he was Chief Financial Officer. SanDisk recently acquired Matrix for approximately $250 million in stock and cash. He has prior experience as CFO at Asyst Technologies, IBEAM Broadcasting, Packard Bell NEC and NVIDIA, and as Vice President and Corporate Controller at AMD.

Sanjai Kohli was Founder & CTO of TrueSpan, a mobile video company acquired by SiRF in March 2006. Previously Sanjai was a cofounder, President & CEO of WirelessHome (WH)'98-'02. Proxim/Western Multiplex acquired WH in March 2001, achieving FY'02 sales of $36M for WH's product, in the first year of production. As a developer of a point to multipoint system, WH had a 9:1 price performance advantage over the competition. Sanjai remained at Proxim as the VP/GM for the Multipoint Systems Division, responsible for the Tsunami and Quick bridge product lines. Prior to WirelessHome, Sanjai was the cofounder, president & VP engineering of SiRF Technology. At SiRF he was responsible for the development of the first two generations of chip sets and software, including SirfstarII. Before SiRF, he founded Software Technology & Systems (STS) that developed smart munitions and spread spectrum technology, serving as its President and CEO. Sanjai holds a BS in Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MS in System Science from Washington University, St. Louis He has more than 20 published papers and 20 patents that have been issued.

Rob Baxter has 30 years of global semiconductor experience in Consumer, Automotive and Telecom markets, with Centrality, Motorola Semiconductor, Texas Instruments, Chartered Semiconductor and Cubic Wafer (formerly Xanoptix). Prior to SiRF, Mr. Baxter was President and CEO of Centrality Communications, Chief Executive at Xanoptix (now Cubic Wafer) and held the position of Senior Vice President and Member of Office of the President at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing. Mr. Baxter also held Vice President and General Manager positions in Europe, USA and Asia during a 16-year career at Motorola. Amongst his accomplishments were the successful leadership of Motorola's European Microcontroller, DSP, and Microprocessor Operations, Advanced Digital Consumer Division based in Tokyo, and Consumer and Smartcard Microcontroller Division based in Austin.

Adam Dolinko has advised emerging and established technology companies for 15 years on corporate matters and business transactions. Mr. Dolinko was a Corporate & Securities Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, regularly advising public companies on SEC matters and commercial transactions, as well as domestic and international strategic alliances, investments, divestitures, mergers & acquisitions, and public offerings of approximately $15 billion. During his career, Mr. Dolinko advised Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, Agilent, Delta Electronics, Efficient Networks, Crystal Decisions, Infoseek, VeriFone, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs, among others, and successfully negotiated transactions with companies such as Intel, Texas Instruments, SBC, BellSouth, Siemens, Disney, Seagate, Netscape, and Microsoft. Mr. Dolinko holds a B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Southern California.

Atul Shingal brings more than 22 years of operations, engineering and quality management experience to SiRF. Atul's expertise is a key factor in ensuring that SiRF has access to leading edge semiconductor technologies through its partners as well as in meeting customer and partner expectations for product quality and delivery. Most recently, Atul served as vice president of operations for Globespan Virata, where he helped to drive increased revenues while consolidating and merging Globespan and Virata Operations into one group. Previously, he held management positions with Virata Corporation, Cypress Semiconductor and National Semiconductor.

Jim Murphy joined SiRF in 2006 from LSI Logic, where he held multiple senior human resources management roles, most recently as Senior HR Director for the Engenio Storage Group, the Consumer Products Group and the worldwide sales organization. In that position, Jim successfully integrated the Engenio business with LSI. During his earlier position as Senior HR Director for North America, Jim initiated aggressive large scale recruiting campaigns, integrated employees from over a dozen acquisitions; and spearheaded highly successful retention, learning and development, and talent management initiatives. Previously, Jim held management positions with National Semiconductor and Fairchild Semiconductor.

Michael Kelly joined SiRF in 1998 as Director, North America Sales. In August 2006, he was promoted to Senior Director, North America Sales where he was instrumental in growing the region's business with key customers. Prior to joining SiRF, Michael was Director of Sales at Alliance Semiconductor. Prior to Alliance, Michael held various sales management roles at NEC, including Sales Manager, Strategic Accounts.

Sam S. Srinivasan has served as one of SiRF's directors since January 2004. Since September 1996, Mr. Srinivasan has served as the Chairman of CyberPlus Corporation, formerly a software operating business. Mr. Srinivasan founded the business of Health Language, as a part of CyberPlus in 1998 and incorporated it into a wholly owned subsidiary of CyberPlus in May 2000. From May 2000 until November 2001, Mr. Srinivasan served as Chief Executive Officer of Health Language, Inc. From May 2000 until March 2002, Mr. Srinivasan served as Chairman of Health Language, Inc. From November 1988 until March 1996, Mr. Srinivasan served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cirrus Logic. From May 1984 until November 1988, Mr. Srinivasan served as Director of Internal Audits and subsequently as Corporate Controller of Intel Corporation. Mr. Srinivasan holds a B.A. in commerce from Madras University, India and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.

Moiz M. Beguwala has served as one of SiRF's directors since September 2000. Since March 2004, Dr. Beguwala has been an independent consultant. From December 2002 to June 2003, Dr. Beguwala served as SiRF's acting Chief Executive Officer. From January 1999 to February 2004, Dr. Beguwala served as Senior Vice President and General Manager Wireless Communications of Conexant and most recently as a Senior Vice President of Conexant. From 1973 to December 1998, Dr. Beguwala held various positions at Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, Inc. Dr. Beguwala is a director of Skyworks Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded company. Dr. Beguwala holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, an M.S. and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and an executive M.B.A. degree from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
