Steve joined SSP in 2005 from CSC Computer Sciences where he was responsible for their UK Insurance and Banking activities. Steve has 15 years experience working in the insurance technology market, plus 8 years experience in Retailing. Steve has held a variety of senior management and directorship positions including, Group Accountant for HMV International, Finance Director of The Ra Group Ltd and MD of North Park Computer Services Ltd. He leads SSP's Insure+ Solutions Division servicing our UK and European insurer clients.

David is the founder & Executive Chairman of SSP. David has been in the IT industry for over 35 years, with the last 25 years leading software businesses in the areas of local government, manufacturing & retail finance before becoming the Managing Director of SSP's predecessor, The Ra Group, in 1990. After turning around The Ra Group, he sold it on behalf of its shareholders to what subsequently became CSC. Prior to leading the buy-in team to create SSP, David was UK Managing Director of CSC Financial Services running a 100m business. He went on to head up CSC's European General Insurance strategy team evaluating market requirement & solution needs. He has a high profile in the insurance industry & contacts with the majority of senior industry figures.

David Waring is Director of the Corporate Broker Division. David joined SSP in early 2004 as Head of Corporate Sales. David has many years of success and experience of sales and sales management in insurance systems, principally with EPG Insurance Systems and Rebus IS, where he was responsible for both broker and company markets. David is responsible for all existing accounts and new projects.

Nick Southan is Director of Marketing and Distribution at SSP. Nick has been involved with the marketing of insurance IT solutions for 20 years holding a number of senior positions within the industry. He was the founding director of Key Choice Insurance Marketing Ltd (Now KC Partners) when it was established in 1994 and in addition subsequently held a number of board positions within the group company before he left the business in 1999 to set up his own Internet based venture. Nick joined David and Laurence, the SSP buy-in team late in 2001.

John Swarbrick is a Non-Executive Director, following the investment of LDC in SSP. John is currently a Senior Director of LDC's Yorkshire and Humber Office. Having gained a degree in economics at Leeds University, John went on to qualify as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand. After time spent in the insolvency and corporate finance departments he moved down to Nottingham where he managed a successful corporate finance lead advisory team for Coopers & Lybrand.
