Charles Toeniskoetter is Chairman of TBI Construction & Construction Management, Inc., which has constructed more than $750 million of buildings, and Chairman and CEO of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development, which has developed 2.5 million square feet of buildings and manages a portfolio of two million square feet. He co-founded both companies in 1983 in San Jose. He also heads the partnership that owns resort properties at Bear Valley in Alpine County. Mr. Toeniskoetter is a director of three publicly held companies, Heritage Commerce Corp., SJW Corp., and the Redwood Trust, Inc. His volunteer work has included University of Notre Dame, San Jose Development Review Committee, Downtown San Jose Rotary Club, O'Conner Hospital Board of Directors, Valley Medical Center Foundation, Archbishop Mitty High School and the Children's Discovery Museum. Mr. Toeniskoetter graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1967 with a BS in mechanical engineering; and from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1973. He served in Vietnam with the Marine Corps.

Mr. King retired as an audit partner of Ernst & Young, LLP in 2002. During his career, Mr. King was the audit partner on large, complex public registrants and managed Ernst & Young's San Francisco office as well as regional managing responsibilities. He also serves as a director of Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. and Rackable Systems, Inc. Mr. King is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.

Frederick R. Ulrich, Jr. graduated from West Point in 1966 with a bachelor's of science degree in engineering. After four years of military service, which included a tour in Vietnam, he attended the Harvard Business School, from which he graduated in 1972. From 1972 to 1978, Mr. Ulrich was a member of the corporate finance department of Morgan Stanley & Co. He then joined the corporate finance department of Warburg Paribas Becker in Los Angeles. In 1982, Mr. Ulrich left Warburg Paribus Becker to pursue new ventures and leveraged buyouts. Between 1982 and 1986, when Raebarn was formed, Mr. Ulrich worked on two leveraged buyouts, was a general partner of partnerships formed to pursue new television station licenses, and was a consultant to corporations regarding mergers and acquisitions. Raebarn and its successor merchant banking firm, Buttonwood Capital, have completed approximately $700 million of leveraged acquisitions and have raised over $1 billion for acquisitions. Mr. Ulrich has been a director of numerous companies. Currently, he is chairman of the board of Amer Company, and a director of Pinnacle Automation and Paul Sebarkan, Inc. He is also a director of the Southern California Entrepreneurial Academy.

Norman Y. Mineta was named to our Board of Directors in May 2007. Mr. Mineta is Vice Chairman of Hill & Knowlton, Inc., a communications consultancy, and has served in that role since July 2006. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Mineta served as the United States Secretary of Transportation and, among other things, guided the creation of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration. Mr. Mineta served as the United States Secretary of Commerce from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Mineta represented San Jose, California, for almost 30 years, as a City Council member, then as Mayor, and then from 1975 to 1995 as a member of Congress. Mr. Mineta is a member of the board of directors of Horizon Lines.
