Kevin Gorman has more than 20 years experience in senior management positions in telecommunications services providers. His career has been marked by a hands-on entrepreneurial operating style with demonstrated and documented skills in spearheading innovation, managing start-ups and turnarounds. Kevin's responsibility is to oversee all facets of day-to-day operations, including customer support, engineering, sales and marketing.

Joe Williamson has over twenty years of technical management experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Most recently, Joe successfully implemented the next generation of wireless broadband network in the Las Vegas area using excess DTV spectrum. Joe is chartered with the management and coordination of resources towards the deployment of the SkyLynx network.

Fred Anderson brings an extensive design and technical management background in the design and deployment of wireless equipment and networks. His technical background spans a wide range of communications systems, ranging from the design of meteor burst systems (the bouncing of radio waves off ionization trails left in the atmosphere when meteors and debris burn up when they enter our atmosphere) to the design and technical management of more well-known wireless technologies such as digital packet radio, satellite, and microwave radio communications. Fred has served as VP of Engineering for a number of companies including DMC Stratex Networks, a $250 million leading wireless communications equipment supplier. Fred is responsible for technical leadership in the development of SkyLynx's technology platforms and products.

Ken Marshall has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1972. He serves as Secretary and General Counsel for SkyLynx and LineShark Communications, Inc. His area of practice is commercial law. He holds a J.D. degree from The Washington College of Law, The American University and a B.S. in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University.

Mr. Weiss was formerly president of Atlantic American Partners, a merchant banking group founded by Communications Equity Associates. He brings an extensive institutional background, having served in investment banking at Paine Webber, COO for Zurich Kemper, head of marketing at Weiss, Peck & Greer, and a consultant at SEI. His fund experience includes working with accelerators at The University City Science Center and Philadelphia Port of Technology, as well as involvement with multiple SBIC's. Mr. Weiss earned a BS from The United States Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from Boston University. He has served on the Investment Committee for The Association of Graduates at West Point and is on the board of the Tampa Bay Alumni Chapter of West Point. He sits on the Board of Directors of two companies, BioVest, Inc. and SkyLynx Communications, Inc.
