As the Chief Financial Officer for Softchoice, Anne Brace is responsible for reporting Softchoice's financial results, all treasury functions as well as upholding Softchoice's responsibilities as a publicly traded company. In addition to her ongoing focus on optimizing the capital structure of the Company, Mrs. Brace was responsible for taking Softchoice public in 2002. Prior to joining Softchoice, Mrs. Brace spent three years as Chief Financial Officer with Applanix Corporation, a high tech developer and manufacturer of position and orientation equipment located in Markham, Ontario. A designated CA, CICA, Mrs. Brace spent 9 years at Ernst and Young providing audit, tax and M & A services, primarily to high tech clients. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College, University of Toronto. Mrs. Brace is the treasurer of the Huntington Society of Canada and the Church of St. Clement, Eglinton.

Bachelor of Business Administration and Commerce, University of Alberta (1982). Mr. Foster first joined Softchoice in 1994 where he successfully performed various roles including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Canada, and Vice President North American Operations. In 2001 Mr. Foster left Softchoice to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer at Web Front Communications, a leading Toronto web application development firm. In July 2002, Mr. Foster returned to Softchoice as Vice President of Marketing. In 2006, Mr. Foster assumed management responsibility for Softchoice's Human Resource and Organizational Development departments. Prior to Softchoice, Mr. Foster gained valuable sales and marketing experience at ComputerLand.

Mr. Potter is Chairman of Emerging Markets Advisors Inc. in Toronto and is a director of a number of companies in Canada including Canadian Tire Corporation, Golden China Resources Corporation, Rockwater Capital Corporation, Penn West Energy, amongst others. He has a background in international banking in Europe, Asia and the United States. He is the former executive director of The World Bank and the International Finance Corporation in Washington and former advisor to the Department of Finance in Ottawa. He was educated at Royal Military College of Science and Trinity College, Dublin.

Robert W. Luba, 64, of Toronto, ON, has served on the Board of the Company since 1996. Mr. Luba is President, Luba Financial Inc. Prior to 1994 he was President and CEO of Royal Bank Investment Management Inc., President of Crown Life Insurance Company and Senior Vice-President of John Labatt Limited. Mr. Luba is also a director of AIM Trimark Investments, ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc., Softchoice Corporation, Menu Foods Income Funds and KPC Income Fund.

Mr. Robinson is the President and a Director of Manvest Inc. a Calgary based private equity investment company. He previously held positions with the Loram Group of Companies including: V.P. and General Manager of the Bowfort Capital, Treasurer of the Loram Group and Manager, Finance of Pembina Resources Ltd. Prior to joining the Loram Group he was with Peat Marwick and Partners, an international management consulting firm. Mr. Robinson is well known and respected in the Canadian venture capital and merchant banking community and has participated in many private company financing and acquisitions. Mr. Robinson currently sits on the Board of Directors of a number of Canadian including: BuildDirect.com Technologies, ENTx Capital Corporation, On-Line Support Inc., Associate Veterinary Clinics, Cross Oilsands contracting Ltd. and ListenUp Canada.

Bill Linton, a Chartered Accountant, was appointed Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Rogers Communications Inc. in March 2006. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President of Rogers Communications Inc., a position he assumed in July 2005 after Rogers acquired Call-Net Enterprises Inc., of which Mr. Linton was President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Linton has garnered extensive experience in the technology and communications sectors over the span of his career. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prior Data Services, Inc., Mr. Linton managed the sale of the company to X-wave Solutions. At SHL Systemhouse Inc., Mr. Linton served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, prior to which, for sixteen years, he rose through increasingly senior roles at Rogers Wireless and Rogers Cable, serving as Chief Financial Officer for both organizations. Mr. Linton has a bachelor of commerce degree from St. Mary's University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
