As the Chief Financial Officer for Softchoice, Anne Brace is responsible for reporting Softchoice's financial results, all treasury functions as well as upholding Softchoice's responsibilities as a publicly traded company. In addition to her ongoing focus on optimizing the capital structure of the Company, Mrs. Brace was responsible for taking Softchoice public in 2002. Prior to joining Softchoice, Mrs. Brace spent three years as Chief Financial Officer with Applanix Corporation, a high tech developer and manufacturer of position and orientation equipment located in Markham, Ontario. A designated CA, CICA, Mrs. Brace spent 9 years at Ernst and Young providing audit, tax and M & A services, primarily to high tech clients. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College, University of Toronto. Mrs. Brace is the treasurer of the Huntington Society of Canada and the Church of St. Clement, Eglinton.

Mr. Potter is Chairman of Emerging Markets Advisors Inc. in Toronto and is a director of a number of companies in Canada including Canadian Tire Corporation, Golden China Resources Corporation, Rockwater Capital Corporation, Penn West Energy, amongst others. Bill Linton, a Chartered Accountant, was appointed Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Rogers Communications Inc. in March 2006.
