In 1988, Jenny became Trend Micro's first U.S. marketing director. Prior to founding Trend Micro, Jenny worked in marketing at Hewlett-Packard Taiwan, was chief editor of Common Wealth Publishing, and was the marketing director of AsiaTek Computer. Jenny graduated from National Taiwan University and Lehigh University where she majored in information science.
Oscar Chang, executive vice president of global security service and response, is tasked with developing and managing Trend Micro's enterprise content security strategies. Chang's team of more than 500 engineers encompasses the testing, quality assurance, product commercialization, and sustain engineering groups. He established and built up Trend Micro's R&D team in Japan, which currently employs the talents of more than forty engineers.
