Alan is a General Partner at Noro-Moseley Partners, evaluating investment opportunities primarily in the information technology area. Alan chairs the Internet Advisory Board of Choicepoint, Inc., a NYSE company focused on providing information that helps companies make educated, intelligent choices to reduce risk and fraud. He is the Chairman of the Florida Venture Forum and serves on the board. Prior to Noro-Moseley, Alan was MindSpring Enterprise's thirteenth employee, eventually becoming the Company's Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development (MindSpring merged with Earthlink Network in February, 2000). Alan received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Larry Page was Google's founding CEO and grew the company to more than 200 employees and profitability before moving into his role as president of products in April 2001. He continues to share responsibility for Google's day-to-day operations with Eric Schmidt and Sergey Brin. The son of Michigan State University computer science professor Dr. Carl Victor Page, Larry's love of computers began at age six. While following in his father's footsteps in academics, he became an honors graduate from the University of Michigan, where he earned a bachelor's degree in engineering, with a concentration on computer engineering. During his time in Ann Arbor, Larry built an inkjet printer out of Lego™ bricks. While in the Ph.D. program in computer science at Stanford University, Larry met Sergey Brin, and together they developed and ran Google, which began operating in 1998. Larry went on leave from Stanford after earning his master's degree. In 2002, Larry was named a World Economic Forum Global Leader for Tomorrow. He is a member of the National Advisory Committee (NAC) of the University of Michigan College of Engineering, and together with co-founder Sergey Brin, Larry was honored with the Marconi Prize in 2004. He is a trustee on the board of the X PRIZE, and was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2004.

Dr. Richard Jackson is a board certified psychiatrist in adult, adolescent and child psychiatry, with added qualifications in forensic psychiatry. He currently is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Schools of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Jackson is also on staff at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI, and Havenwyck Hospital in Auburn Hills, MI. Additionally, he maintains an active private practice in adult, child and forensic psychiatry in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Dr. Jackson has been a principal Investigator with Pivotal Research since January of 2005.

Catherine is a second year doctoral graduate student in the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Michigan. She graduated in 2003 from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Psycholgy. Before entering graduate school, Catherine worked for two years as a Lab Manager for a prospective longitudinal study of preadolescent girls with ADHD at UC Berkeley. She also worked for a year in an individualized autism intervention program using play- and behaviorally-based therapies. She is currently working with Dr. Sheryl Olson on the Michigan Longitudinal Study investigating the links between gender, emotion dysregulation and future psychopathology in at-risk toddlers. Catherine completed the UMACC clinical practicum in the Spring and Summer of 2007. She currently co-leads the UMACC Teen Autism Social Group and assists with an Adult Social Group.

Phil Kucab is a pre-medical student (undergraduate) at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He is also a research assistant for a project related to Factor VIII mutant constructs. Kucab served as an NHF interim board member, is camp director for Camp Bold Eagle and Eagle Expedition, is a member of Hemophilia of Michigan's board and chair of the Board Development Committee. He has served as chair of NHF's Youth Leadership Task Force and is now mentor. His fundraising involvement includes a video production netting outside donor dollars for HFM and golf outings for HFM. Kucab has knowledge and experience in the areas of fund raising, public relations, advocacy and research and treatment.

A native of Utah, Adams received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Utah before earning his master's in business administration at Utah State University. Prior to joining the Michigan League as president/CEO in August of 1997, Adams served as the Washington League President from 1991 - 1997. He also served on the staff of the Utah CU League for 10 years, the last three as president/CEO. He began his career as an Internal Auditor for a large Savings & Loan in Utah. During his CU career, Adams has served on several boards and committees. These have included service as a Director on the Magic Line and NYCE Boards as well as the Board of Directors of U.M.T.A. Credit Union and the Utah Corporate Credit Union. Adams is also an adjunct professor for the University of Michigan and Wayne State University where he teaches Financial Institution Management courses.

Peter T. Allen is a managing trustee (independent trustee) or our Company. Mr. Allen is also the President of Peter Allen & Associates, Inc., a real estate development and management firm in which capacity he has been responsible for the leasing, refinancing, and development of major commercial properties. Mr. Allen has also been an Adjunct faculty member of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Michigan since 1981. Mr. Allen received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history/economics from DePauw University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Michigan. Mr. Allen is a member of our compensation committee and audit committee. Mr. Allen has announced his intention to retire from our Board when his term ends at our 2007 annual meeting of shareholders.

Nancy M. Bacon is Senior Vice President of Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ECD) in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The company is a leader in the development of advanced clean energy and information products. At ECD Ms. Bacon's responsibilities include government relations including administration of proposals and contracts, financing and business development including interactions with major international corporations for the commercialization of ECD's technologies; negotiations for establishment of joint ventures and the licensing of company technologies. Ms. Bacon is a member of the boards of directors of: United Solar Ovonic Corp. (a wholly owned subsidiary of ECD), Sovlux Ltd. and Sovlux Battery (ECD's solar and battery joint ventures with KVANT and the Russian Ministry of Atomic Energy), Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI), and the Erb Institute at the University of Michigan . In 1997, Ms. Bacon was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business as one of Detroit's "Most Influential Women". Ms. Bacon, a CPA, has a B.S. in Accounting, and prior to joining ECD was a manager at Deloitte & Touche.

Barbara Novak is vice president and corporate secretary of ArvinMeritor. In this position, she advises the company, including the Board of Directors, on issues concerning compliance with applicable corporate governance standards and requirements. Novak, who has been with ArvinMeritor since December 2007, also provides legal counsel on federal securities laws and executive compensation and is the principal legal contact for treasury and finance issues. Prior to joining the company, Novak held corporate legal counsel positions of increasing responsibly at automotive companies, such as TRW Automotive, Delphi and Collins and Aikman. Novak has a law degree from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she has also been an adjunct professor since 2005.

Ms. Dirkes concentrates her practice in commercial litigation. She has over 14 years of litigation experience, including cases involving contracts, construction and business disputes. Ms. Dirkes graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and from Wayne State University Law School with a Juris Doctor, cum laude. She is the author of several articles, including co-authorships of "Daubert Is Now the Rule," (January 2001) and "Where's The Defect?" (October 1999), both published in the IADC Advisory Practice & Procedure Committee Newsletter, as well as co-authoring the Michigan Chapter of Fifty State Construction Lien and Bond Law (1999). Ms. Dirkes is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. She also is a member of the alumni associations of the University of Michigan and Wayne State University.

Mr. Moscow, a partner with Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn in Detroit, Mich., has advised business clients in corporate matters and securities transactions for over thirty-five years. He is an adjunct professor in Law at the University of Michigan and actively writes and lectures on corporate and securities law.

Dr. Ben-Josef has more than 20 years of medical practice. Dr. Ben-Josef is Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Michigan Medical School, a consultant to the National Cancer Institute, a Member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology Task Force on Metastatic Prostate Cancer, and a Member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network panels on Pancreatic Cancer and Hepatobilliary Cancer. Dr. Ben-Josef is on the editorial board of the Journal of Clinical Oncology, is a frequent presenter and the author of numerous articles in the oncology field. Dr. Ben-Josef is a member of Pro-Pharmaceuticals' Board of Directors, Scientific Advisory Board and Medical Advisory Board. Dr. Ben-Josef has served as a consultant to Amgen Inc. relating to the development of a new agent for the treatment of prostate cancer. He is the recipient of research grants from U.S. Bioscience Inc., SafeScience Inc., Amgen Inc., and Roche Laboratories Inc, and received the award for Best Resident Paper from Wayne State University, 1992 Radiation Oncology Research Day. Dr. Ben-Josef is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (since 1991), The Michigan Society of Therapeutic Radiologists (since 1995), Genitourinary Committee of the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (since 1995), Genitourinary Committee of the South West Oncology Group (since 1996), European Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (since 1995) and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (since 1995). He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology and holds medical licenses from Israel, Michigan, FMGEMS and FLEX. Dr. Ben-Josef was a Research Associate at Wayne State School of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology, Division of Cancer Biology from 1993 - 1995 and is a 1986 graduate of The Hebrew University - Hadassah School of Medicine in Jerusalem, Israel.

Dr. Brian D. Ross is a founder and President of Molecular Therapeutics, Inc. He received his doctoral degree from the University of California at Davis. He received a postgraduate Fellowship from the American Brain Tumor and conducted research at the University of Minnesota, Center for Magnetic Resonance Research in cancer biology and imaging. Dr. Ross is also a Professor of Radiology and Biological Chemistry at the University of Michigan where he also serves as a founder and Co-Director of the Center for Molecular Imaging.

Joseph A. "Jay" Connor, JD/MBA, is the Founder/CEO of The Collaboratory for Community Support and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan. He has extensive leadership experience in the business, nonprofit, and public policy arenas. From Conner's work with leaders of diverse constituencies in communities across North America, Jay has seen that in order to be effective, emerging community leaders must be comfortable at the intersection not only of organizations and cultures, but also of the nonprofit, business and governmental sectors. This is a key message of his new book, published Spring 2004 by Wilder Press, Community Visions, Community Solutions: Grantmaking for Comprehensive Impact.

Dr. Kelch is Special Assistant to the President and the recently retired Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs at the University of Michigan. In this role, he led all three components of the University of Michigan Health System, including the Hospitals and Health Centers, the Medical School and the M-CARE managed care organization. Dr. Kelch was the Vice President for Health Affairs at the University of Iowa (UI) until September 2003. In this capacity, he was responsible for the strategic planning of the five health sciences colleges, including physical facilities and philanthropic stewardship. He oversaw and managed all components of UI Health Care, which describes the partnership between the UI Carver College of Medicine and the UI Hospitals and Clinics and the patient care, medical education, research programs, and research services that they provide. He co-chaired the Health Sciences Policy Council for the University of Iowa. Dr. Kelch also served as Dean of the Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine at the UI from 1994 to 2003. In addition to serving on the editorial boards of scholarly journals, Dr. Kelch belongs to several professional organizations, including the American Board of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Endocrine Society, the American Federation for Medical Research, the American Society for Clinical Investigation, the Lawson Wilkins Pediatric Endocrine Society, the American Pediatrics Society and the American Board of Medical Specialties. He served as President of the Midwest Society for Pediatric Research in 1983, President of the Society of Pediatric Research in 1988 and President of the Association of Medical School Pediatric Department Chairmen in 1989. He served as Secretary-Treasurer (1992) and Chair (1995) of the American Board of Pediatrics. In 1998 1999, he served as a member of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Council of Deans Administrative Board and continues to serve as Chair of the AAMC Advisory Panel on Research. He was also a member of the AAMC Task Force on Conflict of Interest. Starting in 1997 he has served periodically as a Site Visitor for the Liaison Committee of Medical Education for other AAMC-accredited colleges of medicine. Dr. Kelch received the Iowa Medical Society's Merit Award in 2000. In 2004, he received the Midwest Society for Pediatric Research Founder Award for his contributions to pediatric research and to the career development of academic pediatricians. He is the recipient of the 2005 Joseph W. St. Geme Jr. Leadership Award, established by the Federation of Pediatric Organizations. Dr. Kelch was elected to membership in the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences in 1996. Dr. Kelch is a pediatric endocrinologist originally from Detroit. He received his bachelor of philosophy degree from Monteith College of Wayne State University in 1964 and his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 1967. He completed an internship and residency at University Hospital in Ann Arbor, where he was a Wyeth Pediatric Residency Fellow from 1968 to 1970 and a Research Fellow from 1969 to 1970 in the laboratory of Robert Jaffe. Dr. Kelch was also a National Institutes of Health (NIH) trainee in pediatric endocrinology at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center from 1970 to 1972. He returned to Michigan and became a faculty member at the University of Michigan in 1972 and became a full Professor in 1977. He served as Acting Chair of the Department of Pediatrics from 1979 to 1980 and as Chair of that Department from 1981 to 1994. During this time, he was Physician in Chief of the C.S. Mott Children's Hospital at the University of Michigan and was Chief of Clinical Affairs at University of Michigan Hospitals from 1989 to 1992. His research in reproductive and developmental endocrinology was funded by NIH for more than 20 years and resulted in more than 100 scholarly articles.

J. David Singer is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In addition: he is founder of the Correlates of War project and Director at its University of Michigan location; past president, International Studies Association; and he is listed in Who's Who in America and ...in the World, among other directories. The focus of his interest is the quantitative data-based study of world politics, and of international conflict and war prevention; in which study he is widely recognized as a preeminent founder. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from New York University; is the author of many books, articles, and papers; and has more than 50 years of experience in research and teaching in the areas of his interest. Professor Singer is a Member, Scientific Advisory Panel of Global Vision, Inc.

Lisa Hesse is co-founder (with University of Michigan professor Ruthann Nichols) of GOTR Se MI. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and brings to GOTR more than 20 years experience working with youth and promoting fitness. Lisa has had the great fortune of being surrounded by strong women her mother, sisters, friends, and mentors who demonstrated through their actions the positive messages that GOTR aims to pass on to girls as they transition to becoming independent young women. Her goal is to leverage these life lessons through GOTR. Lisa began running at the age of 13 and never stopped. An avid long distance runner, she has since added triathlons, mountain hiking, playing catch with her dogs, and most recently Yoga to her repertoire of favorite activities. Her passions are her family and friends and sharing the power of healthy living with everyone around her.

Ted Nowacki is a partner in the Litigation, Appellate and Financial Institutions Groups. Mr. Nowacki represents businesses, especially financial institutions, in legislative, regulatory and litigation matters, including appeals. He concentrates his practice in consumer credit regulations and compliance, lender liability, inter-creditor arrangements, loans and lien enforcement, including defense of class action lawsuits. A cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan law school, Mr. Nowacki has been a member of the firm since 1972 and a partner since 1978. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations.

Dr. Leichtman is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology at the University of Michigan Medical School. He has served as the Medical Director of the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Programs at the University of Michigan since 1989. He also is the co-director of the University of Michigan Transplant Center, the Director of the University of Michigan's Transplant Nephrology Fellowship Training Program, and a member of the University of Michigan Transplant Center Executive Committee.

Ariel Barkan, MD, is Professor, Internal Medicine, and Professor of Surgery-Neurosurgery at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is also Chief of the Endocrinology Section at the VA Medical Center; Co-director, Pituitary & Neuroendocrine Center, and Training Program Director of the E&M Fellowship Program at University of Michigan.

Jonathan Michel Metzl is Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Women's Studies and Director of the Program in Culture, Health, and Medicine at the University of Michigan. In this capacity he works as an attending physician in the adult psychiatric clinics and teaches courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels on gender, culture, and health. He has written for journals including the American Journal of Psychiatry, the Harvard Review of Psychiatry, Academic Medicine, Gender and History, Social Science and Medicine, Textual Practice, Ms. Magazine, and SIGNS: The Journal of Women, Culture, and Society. His book, Prozac on the Couch: Prescribing Gender in the Era of Wonder Drugs, was published in 2003 by Duke University Press.

Mister G has taught preschool music experience classes for 25 years. He has produced six CDs of original music for young children. Local families can hear Mister G play organ music before movies at Ann Arbor's historic Michigan Theater. Besides writing, performing, and teaching children's music in the Ann Arbor-Detroit area, Loren serves as music director for regional theater in LaGrange County, Indiana and as music director for the Wesley Foundation at the University of Michigan.

Adam Hendricks (ahendricks@a2crew.com ahendricks@a2crew.com ) Adam moved to Michigan from Virginia in 2004 and was introduced to the Ann Arbor Rowing Club through Learn To Row in the spring of 2006. He is in enjoying learning a new sport and also enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and kayaking. When not on the water, he is a graduate student in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan.

Al Pond is a senior consultant with the Lean Learning Center. He is a retired senior manager from Ford Motor Company with 38 years of manufacturing experience in operations, engineering and strategic planning. He was one of the founding executive members of the Ford Production System team responsible for design, development, and deployment of lean engineering methods across global operations. This included the executive lead for ensuring that major new vehicle programs worldwide were in full compliance with lean practices. In addition, Al was the senior coach and mentor for lean implementation in South America, Asia-Pacific and all Component operations. Al's influence was not limited to lean operations, as he was recognized by the American Society of Training and Development for outstanding program achievement in the automotive industry as the author of Ford's New Employee Orientation program, a comprehensive indoctrination program for technical new hires. In addition, Al was the driving force behind Ford's sole achievement of the prestigious TPM prize awarded by the Japanese Institute of Preventive Maintenance at the Charleville Climate Operations plant in France. Al has the distinction of being among an elite group of manufacturing executives that have actually worked on the factory floor. He started his career as a union represented production worker then progressed through skilled trades via the apprenticeship program and on to engineering and management. Al's many assignments, starting as worker, progressing on to the executive level coupled with his passion for manufacturing have given him a most unique perspective and background as a lean change agent. He is a graduate of the skilled trades program, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and an MBA. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan and is involved in curriculum development centered on lean. Al is also a lifetime Certified Manufacturing Engineer by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.

Al Switzler has directed training and management initiatives with hundreds of organizations worldwide. He has served as president of two consulting firms, vice president of marketing for an information firm, and director of training and management development for a healthcare organization. Al is on the faculty at the University of Michigan Executive Development Center. He has taught at the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, at Auburn University, and also at the University of Kentucky. Al is coauthor of the New York Times bestsellers Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High and Crucial Confrontations: Tools for Resolving Broken Promises, Violated Expectations, and Bad Behavior. Al has received numerous teaching awards, including the first Innovation in Teaching Award from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.

With more than twenty years experience responding to the needs of business and not-for-profit entities, Andrew Coen brings vast knowledge to the helm of Norman Jones Enlow & Co. In addition to overseeing firm operations as Chief Executive Officer, Coen works extensively on Construction Group activities and not-for-profit associations. A central Ohio native, Coen joined Norman Jones Enlow & Co. in 1978, after several years of diverse experience in taxation with Ernst & Young and accounting and auditing with Deloitte & Touche, two of the largest accounting firms in the country. He earned an undergraduate business degree and master s degree in Taxation from the University of Denver. He also has taken postgraduate course work from the University of Michigan, School of Business Administration, and is a Chartered Life Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant.

Anne Kramer, MSW is an advanced Clinical Social Worker in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan. She completed a Masters Degree in Social Work at the University of Michigan. Her research interests include adolescent depression, youth suicide prevention, and the evaluation of intervention programs. Her clinical interests include child and adolescent behavioral health, the development of new services and programs for youth, and patient and family education.

Anne Schott, M.D., is assistant professor of internal medicine at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, Mich. One of three executive officers for Southwest Oncology Group, Dr. Schott monitors the protocol development activities of the breast cancer, early therapeutics, lung, head and neck, and special populations committees. She is a member of the Group's Board of Governors, Breast Cancer Committee, and Breast Translational Medicine Subcommittee. Dr. Schott is a medical oncologist with a clinical emphasis on breast cancer. A Southerner at heart, Dr. Schott completed her undergraduate training at the University of South Alabama in Mobile in 1986. She remained at South Alabama for her medical school training, then completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. After a year in private practice, Dr. Schott came to the University of Michigan through the medical oncology fellowship program in 1993. She joined the faculty in 1996. Her primary research interest is in therapeutic and translational clinical trials, especially as they apply to breast cancer.

Dr. Checkoway serves as Professor of Social Work and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan. His research projects include "Involving Young People in Community Change" (Ford and Kellogg Foundation), "Community Initiatives to Promote Health of Older People in Latin America" (HelpAge International), "Leadership and Management of Community Health in Africa" (World Health Organization), and "Community Participation in Health Planning" (National Academy of Sciences). He is the founding director of the Edward Ginsberg Center for Community Service and Learning, and of the Michigan Neighborhood AmeriCorps Program involving graduate students and community-based organizations in Detroit neighborhoods. He previously taught at the University of California at Berkeley and University of Pennsylvania, and was a visiting scholar at the London School of Economics and Political Science and at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Brad Smith is based at the University of Michigan where he is Associate Professor at the School of Art and Design; Associate Dean for Creative Work, Research and Graduate Studies, School of Art and Design; and Research Associate Professor, Department of Radiology, Medical School. Smith has led the implementation of a new three-year Masters of Fine Arts curriculum that engages the creative work of artists and designers with work from disciplines such as the life sciences, sociology, education, law, ecology, politics, and business. Prior to joining the University of Michigan, Smith was Assistant Research Professor in the Department of Radiology at the Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. There, he created innovative visualization methods to study cardiovascular development and established globally adapted protocols for magnetic resonance microscopy studies of embryos. His research has been published in journals such as the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Developmental Biology, Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, and Scientific American. Smith's current work addresses the intersections of science and art with a focus on reproductive technology and its impact on society's understanding of the social, ethical, and political status of the embryo.

Dr. Brian P. Coppola is an Arthur F. Thurnau Professor of Chemistry at The University of Michigan, where he currently serves as the department's Associate Chair. Dr. Coppola received his B.S. degree in 1978 from the University of New Hampshire and his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1984. He moved to Ann Arbor in 1986. His 1996-7 tenure review established a new policy within the College of Literature, Science and Arts at the University of Michigan, recognizing discipline-centered teaching and learning as an area that can be represented within the College. He was promoted to Full Professor of Chemistry in 2001-2. His recent publications range from mechanistic organic chemistry research in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions to educational philosophy, practice and assessment. He directs the CSIE program (Chemical Sciences at the Interface of Education), which broadens the scholarly development for all students (undergraduate to post-doctoral) who are interested in academic careers. These students have the opportunity to collaborate on teaching projects with the faculty in the same way that they pursue research projects. He is a member of the editorial boards of The Chemical Educator, The International Journal of Science Education, The Journal for Research in Science Teaching, and The Journal of College Science Teaching.

Brian is a Project Associate at SPEC. He holds an M.A. in Applied Developmental Psychology from Oakland University and a B.A. in Psychology from Wayne State University. Brian is also an Adjunct Professor in the School of Social Work at the University of Michigan and the Director of Quality Assurance at Southwest Detroit Community Mental Health Agency. He has evaluated many programs in juvenile justice, corrections, substance abuse and mental health. Brian is an Executive Board Member of the Michigan Association for Evaluation.

Bruce G. Redman, D.O., is professor of internal medicine at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich. As one of three executive officers in Southwest Oncology Group, Dr. Redman provides oversight for gastrointestinal, genitourinary, immunomolecular therapeutics and melanoma studies. He also is a member of the Group's Melanoma Committee and the Board of Governors. Dr. Redman received his osteopathy degree in 1981 from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also completed his training in internal medicine. He completed his fellowship in medical oncology at Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1987. From 1987 to 1997, he was a faculty member in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at Wayne State University, where he served as the program director of the Oncology Fellowship Training Program. In 1997, Dr. Redman joined the faculty of the University of Michigan and has since been appointed co-director of the Tumor Immunology and Immunotherapy Program. His primary interest is in immunotherapeutic approaches to the treatment of cancer, especially as they apply to melanoma and kidney cancer. Dr. Redman is the author of more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and several book chapters.

David E. Liddle was elected to the Board of Directors of The New York Times Company in 2000. Since 2000, Dr. Liddle has been a partner at U.S. Venture Partners, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm. Between 1992 and 1999, he served as president of Interval Research Corporation, a Silicon Valley-based laboratory and incubator for new businesses focusing on broadband, consumer devices, interaction design and advanced technologies. Previously, Dr. Liddle founded Metaphor Computer Systems in 1982 and served as its president and CEO. He has also held executive positions at Xerox Corporation and IBM.

Principal Mark Wamble received a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in 1983 and received his Master of Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University in 1988. Wamble worked as a Project Designer with Eisenman Architects in New York (1983-1991) and was on the design team for the Wexner Center for the Visual Arts at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio (1983-1991). While with Eisenman Architects, Wamble also developed a line of textiles for Knoll International (1990-1991), was Project Architect on the Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio (1988-1993), was Project Architect on three office buildings in Tokyo, Japan (1988-1992), and with his team, Mark designed the winning scheme for the Rebstockpark Competition in Frankfort, Germany (1990-1991). In 1990 Wamble returned to Texas, and in 1994 formed Interloop Architects, combining his interest in research and practical experience. Wamble developed Gardiner Symonds Teaching Labs 1 & 2, a series of technology based teaching facilities for Rice University. During the early 1990s Mark was selected for 40 under 40, and later that same year won the Young Architect Award given annually by the Architecture League of New York. Mark Wamble was Design Principal at Bricker + Cannady Architects in Houston (1997-2001), continuing to research throughout this time period with partner Dawn Finley of Interloop A/D. While at BCA, Mark produced the design for the Renovation of Jones Plaza in Downtown Houston, which won an AIA award and a PA Award both in 1999. Wamble combines professional practice with teaching architecture design. He has taught at Rice University School of Architecture since 1990, and is a visiting instructor at the University of Michigan, Harvard University, and Columbia University.

Douglas J. "Doug" Herberger was appointed GM North America vice president and Service and Parts Operations general manager, effective February 1, 2002. Herberger began his GM career in 1973 with the former Harrison Division in Lockport, NY, as a college graduate in training. In 1976, he joined the GM Financial staff in Detroit where he held a variety of analyst and senior analyst positions. From 1980 to 1983, Herberger held several supervisory positions on the former Fisher Body Division's Financial and Business Planning staffs in Warren, Mich. In 1983, he returned to the GM Financial staff as director of cost analysis, and the following year he was named a director in GM's Treasurer's Office. In 1985, Herberger was appointed assistant divisional comptroller for the former Fisher Guide Division and the next year became director of Business Operations. In 1987, he was named executive assistant to the group executive-in-charge of component operations for GM's Automotive Components Group Worldwide (now known as Delphi). Herberger was appointed general director of costing and measurement systems on the GM Comptroller's staff in 1988 and was named divisional comptroller of the Central Foundry Division, now part of GM Powertrain, Saginaw, Mich., in 1990. He joined GM Service Parts Operations in 1992 as general director of finance and a year later was named general director of Consumer Related Aftermarket. Herberger was appointed general director of ACDelco Aftermarket in May 1996. The following year he was named president of General Motors Japan and a member of the Asia Pacific Strategy Board. Herberger repatriated to the United States in 1998 to his most recent assignment.
