Jeanne is an attorney (1992) and a Certified Public Accountant (1991) in the State of Illinois. She works with closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals for asset protection, succession planning, estate planning and financial turn-around. Jeanne has evaluated and drafted the tax vehicles necessary for investors to obtain federal tax credits from the non-conventional production of fuel source (Section 45K of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended; formerly known as Section 29).
