Tony L. Arnold is president & chief executive officer of The Solae Company, a joint venture between DuPont and Bunge. During his tenure at the helm of The Solae Company, the organization has experienced double digit growth and reached $1 billion in sales in 2004. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Arnold was vice president of marketing for the DuPont Agriculture and Nutrition business. Before that, Mr. Arnold served as group vice president for BASF Global Agricultural Products and was responsible for global marketing and business development. He also served as the co-lead during the integration of the American Cyanamid business. Earlier in his career, Mr. Arnold served as vice president of global marketing for American Cyanamid Company, in addition to a variety of domestic and international roles including marketing, sales, technical, and management positions during his 19 years of employment. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, he earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in plant and soil sciences.

Steve Fray oversees The Solae Company's financial control and treasury functions. As Chief Financial Officer, he helps ensure that the organization accurately measures and appropriately manages risk. Steve was formerly Vice President of Finance/Global Controller for Thermadyne Holdings Corporation and served in various finance/controller roles at NN, Inc. Emerson Electric Co., and IMI/Norgren. A Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Rockford College.

Cary A. Levitt, an attorney and chemical engineer, is The Solae Company's General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Cary safeguards the company's competitive position by managing risk, protecting intellectual property and championing Solae's high ethical standards. Prior to joining Solae he served as Corporate Counsel for E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont). Cary earned his Jurist Doctorate from the Marshall Wythe School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Cornell University.

Nigel Hill oversees The Solae Company's business functions in Europe, a region where the organization has enjoyed particularly robust growth during the past two years. He has held a variety of other executive positions with the legacy DuPont Protein Technologies and Protein Technologies International. Mr. Hill earned a degree in meat technology from the Salford College of Technology in Manchester, England.

Michael Reed oversees The Solae Company's "Lean Sigma" program. He also oversees the company's St. Louis area facilities, including its global headquarters in downtown St. Louis. Mike held several executive positions at the legacy Protein Technologies International and DuPont Protein Technologies, and played a lead role in establishing and expanding The Solae Company's manufacturing footprint in China. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Purdue University.

Reinhart Schmitt oversees The Solae Company's business functions in Europe. He is responsible for customer acquisition, retention and growth in the European region. Reinhart was formerly Global Business Director Automotive Plastic Coatings for DuPont Performance Coatings and held various positions in DuPont. Reinhart earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Physics and holds a bachelors degree in Chemistry from Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany.

Tom Burrows oversees The Solae Company's business functions in North America, historically the organization's largest single source of annual revenue. Prior to this position, he was Vice President of marketing and sales at ConAgra Food Ingredients, a subsidiary of Omaha-based ConAgra Foods. Mr. Burrows earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and a Master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.

Craig F. Binetti is president - DuPont Nutrition & Health and chairman - The Solae Company. He joined DuPont in 1977, and his career includes a wide variety of direct professional and managerial positions covering research, manufacturing, finance, sales, and business positions in Industrial Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, White Pigments, Polymers and Fiber businesses. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Binetti was regional sales manager, White Pigments. From 1993 to 1995, he served in the combined role of site manager, Old Hickory, Tenn., and business director for Specialty Resins and Chemicals. From 1996 to 1998, he was managing director Polyester Films, located in Luxembourg. From 1998 to 2002 he was vice president and general manager - Polyester Fibers, Resins & Intermediates, DuPont Polyester. In March 2002 he was named vice president and general manager - DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers. He was named to his current position in June 2007. Mr. Binetti holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from University of Delaware. He is affiliated with Cornell University Alumni Association, serves as Graduating Class Vice President, and is active in charity basketball fundraisers for Cancer Research and Multiple Sclerosis. He currently is Chair of Easter Seals Board of Directors for Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore.
