With over 25 years of sales, business development, and marketing management experience in the high-tech industry, Mr. Scroggins has a proven track record creating and running direct and indirect sales organizations for database and business intelligence software companies. He has been instrumental in developing business development strategy and brings a disciplined and focused approach to operational planning and execution. His mission at Solid is to lead the Americas team to grow the existing OEM relationships and establish new ones, while extending the Solid brand into the open source and enterprise marketplace. Before joining Solid, Scroggins was vice president of business development at Pilot Software and vice president of channel sales at Sagent and Acta Technology. Scroggins has also held executive positions at DecisionPoint and Teradata/NCR.

Asko Huumonen joined Solid in 1995 and is responsible for ensuring the quality of Solid customer support. With over 16 years of experience in software development, technology consulting, project management, and sales engineering, Huumonen was appointed to this position after having managed Solid's Professional Services for US and EMEA for more than ten years. Prior to Solid, Huumonen held various roles in technology consulting with HM&V Research focusing on stock trading systems and technology assessment projects. Huumonen received a Master of Science from the Department of Engineering Physics at Helsinki University of Technology with majors in Operations Research and Software Engineering.

Vesa Wallden is a Senior Partner at CapMan. He holds a chairman position in several boards and is a board member in Solid Information Technology and Hantro. Wallden has previously worked at Tahoe Networks, held positions at Nokia New Ventures and Nokia Mobile Phones, most recently as Head of Technology Sales and Marketing. He also has earlier experience in sales and marketing for Sun Microsystem Inc in Finland and the US.
