Courtney Behrens joined Solstice Software in 2006 and currently serves as the company's Marketing Manager. She is responsible for the creation and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy. Courtney joined Solstice with significant experience in the high-tech industry. She previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator in a financial services software company. Courtney holds a BS in Business from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bill Gust has 40 years of business experience with a strong emphasis on venture capital investing and the development of small rapidly growing businesses. During the past 25 years, he has invested successfully in a broad range of start-up and early stage companies all over the United States, including such companies as Apple Computer, Samna (Lotus Corporation's word processor), HealthSouth and Chuck E. Cheese. Mr. Gust received his Bachelors Degree from Northwestern University.

Mr. Capobianco serves as President and Chief Marketing Officer for MEDecision. At MEDecision, Mr. Capobianco is responsible for overall operations, growth and profitability. He is the driver behind the company's successful sales and marketing efforts, overseeing marketing communications, product marketing, sales, and client services. Prior to joining MEDecision, Mr. Capobianco served as general manager of marketing strategy for Hewlett-Packard's Middleware Division and executive vice president of strategic planning and chief marketing officer at Bluestone Software, Inc., which was acquired by HP in January 2001. Previously, Mr. Capobianco built a successful track record of developing brand recognition as head of marketing at SAP America, Sybase and Computer Associates. Earlier in his career, he held a number of technical and business analyst positions including Cobol programmer, real-time CICS assembler programmer and project control systems designer for the financial and manufacturing industries.

William Dunbar is managing director of Core Capital Partners. Prior to joining Core, he was CEO and founder of Pebble Hill Capital, an investment company which provided early-stage financing to information technology and communications companies such as webMethods and CrossMedia Networks. Earlier, Dunbar was a portfolio manager at Allied Capital, a $700 million firm providing venture capital and private equity, and was president of Allied Capital Corporation II, a $107 million publicly-traded private equity fund. During that period, Allied II invested in or acquired 46 privately held small or mid-sized growth companies. He also served as executive vice president of Allied Capital Advisers, the management company for the Allied family of funds, and as chief investment officer for Allied's private equity activities. He began his investment career at Venture America, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage, high technology investments, such as Discovery Communications and Digene. Dunbar also held positions in LBO Lending at Chase Manhattan Bank and in technology operations at NationsBank. He serves on the board of SwapDrive, Ecutel, Foresight, and Trinity Convergence. He has also served on the board of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association and the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies, as well as serving as chairman of NASBIC. Dunbar has an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Davidson College and resides with his wife and three children in Alexandria, Virginia.
