Jonathon Wright is Senior Vice President of Solutia Inc. and President of Integrated Nylon. Integrated Nylon is Solutia's largest business, comprised of nylon plastics, fibers, and intermediate chemical products used in construction, automotive, consumer and industrial applications. Solutia is North America's largest manufacturer of nylon 6,6, and is one of the few fully integrated suppliers in the world. As President, Jonathon has responsibility for all commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the business. Jonathon joined Solutia in his current role in 2005. He previously served as Vice President of Charles River Associates, a global management consulting firm. Earlier, he led Arthur D. Little's strategy practice and management consulting business in North America. During his consulting career, Jonathon worked extensively in the petrochemical, specialty chemical and related process industries. Previously, he held various operating, commercial and strategic roles with British Gas. Jonathon was an honors graduate in economics from City of London Polytechnic and received a Master of Sciences degree in economics from Reading University.

Kent J. Davies is Senior Vice President of Solutia Inc. and President of the CPFilms business. Prior to joining Solutia, Mr. Davies was Senior Vice President of Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D for United Industries Corp., the second largest and most rapidly growing player in the U.S. consumer lawn and garden and household insect control markets. At United, Mr. Davies was part of a successful executive team that quadrupled the size of the business over a four-year period while integrating acquisitions, launching innovative new products, and growing market share. From 1994-2001, Mr. Davies held positions of increasing responsibility at Kimberly-Clark Corp., serving in various general management and marketing capacities including General Manager of the $600 million Global Medical Non-Wovens Business and General Manager of the European Healthcare Business. While at 3M Company from 1991-1994, Mr. Davies work focused on global product strategy, new product development, and new product introduction. Mr. Davies began his business career at General Mills, where he held sales and sales management positions from 1989-1991. He earned a M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dennis Groves, a principal since 2000, is Chairman of Oliver Wight Americas as well as President of Oliver Wight International. He has more than 35 years of experience as a consultant and a practitioner and has worked with process and discrete manufacturers in consumer goods, foods, pharmaceuticals, and many other industries. Among his client companies are Solutia, Schick & Wilkinson Sword, Watson Pharmaceutical and Schering-Plough. He has taught numerous classes in Sales & Operations Planning, supplier planning and control, integrated planning and scheduling, data structures and bills of material, and inventory record accuracy. Prior to joining Oliver Wight, Dennis played key roles in several successful Class A MRP II implementations. Over the years, his supply chain management (SCM) experience has ranged from strategic, high-level issues to practical, yet critical areas such as supplier scheduling.

John O'Malley came to the company in August 2005. He brings more than 25 years experience in global manufacturing with such companies as Certainteed Corporation, Formica Corporation, Clopay Corporation, and Solutia Inc. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President-Human Resources for Southfield, Michigan-based GST AutoLeather, where he directed human resources activities for 2,800 employees. John has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Senior Executive Human Resources Program.

Kris Chandrashekar is a Senior Engineering Specialist at the Alvin, Texas location of Solutia Inc. In this role he is responsible to provide Process Control and Instrumentation support to operating facilities for Projects and Maintenance. He has 30 years of Instrumentation, Process Control and Electrical Power Engineering experience and has provided his services to several locations of Solutia and Monsanto companies. He is a member of IEEE and a member of the Technical Information Exchange Group between Solutia, Monsanto and Emerson Companies. He has a BSEE and MSEE with specializations in Electrical Power and Instrumentation respectively.
