Ingrid Rasch, Vice President, Human Resources, joined Sonus in June 2004. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources management and corporate strategy in a variety of industries and institutions. Prior to beginning her own consulting business, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Stop & Shop Supermarket Co., a $10 billion leading grocery retailer in the Northeast. She also established the human resources department at Microsoft Corporation in 1984 and later worked as a director of human resources at PACCAR and as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Mosaix, Inc. Ms. Rasch received a B.A. in Germanics and a M.B.A. from the University of Washington, a M.A. in Zoology from the University of South Florida and a M.A. in Education from InterAmerican University.

Dwight Winstead is Group President of the Clinical Technologies and Services business segment of Cardinal Health. Winstead is responsible for the patient point-of-care strategy of Cardinal Health and key supporting products and services, including Alaris® Products, Pyxis® Products, Pharmacy Services and Integrated Medication Solutions.
Prior to assuming his current position in July 2006, Dwight was Chief Operating Officer of Clinical Technologies and Services where he oversaw the Medication Products, Integrated Medication Solutions, Pharmacy Services and Supply Products vertical business units, as well as horizontally integrated functions including Manufacturing Operations, Customer Support Operations, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Standards and Practice and Strategic Marketing.
Winstead also served as group president of the Cardinal Health Automation and Information Services segment and of Clinical Services and Consulting, a role he assumed in 2001 after serving four years as President of Owen Healthcare, a subsidiary of Cardinal Health.
Prior to joining Cardinal Health in 1997, Winstead served as Executive Vice President of VHA, Inc., a nationwide alliance of community-owned healthcare organizations. At VHA, he co-developed VHA’s supply company, the precursor of what is now Novation, and was responsible for all member services.
Before joining VHA, Winstead was Director of Materials Management and Administrative Director of Clinical Laboratories at Alton Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, La. He previously held multiple healthcare sales positions with both Worthington Diagnostics and Johnson & Johnson. Winstead began his healthcare industry career in medical technology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Winstead has served on the board of directors for Sonus Pharmaceuticals since 1995. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medical technology from Delta State University.

George Dunbar joined Aastrom in 2006 and serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Dunbar served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Quantum Dot Corporation, Targesome, Inc., and Epic Therapeutics; as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of StemCells, Inc. (formerly CytoTherapeutics); and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Metra Biosystems, Inc. Prior to that time, Mr. Dunbar held senior positions in licensing, business development and marketing with The Ares-Serono Group and Amersham International. Michelle G. Burris (41) was appointed as a director of the Company in May 2004. Ms. Burris is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Trubion Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a position she has held since February 2006. From August 2005 to January 2006, Ms. Burris served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Dendreon Corporation. From January 2001 to July 2005, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Corixa Corporation, which was sold to GlaxoSmithKline in 2005. Ms. Burris had worked at Corixa since its inception in 1994, and prior to her last position at the firm, had served in various capacities of increasing responsibility in finance and operations. Prior to Corixa, Ms. Burris held several finance and strategic planning positions at The Boeing Company. Ms. Burris is on the Advisory Board of Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University.
