Bernard Rohde manages finance, human resources, accounting and planning departments, I.S., purchasing, customer service, selected service fulfillment operations, facilities, risk management and all legal affairs at SOURCE. As the company has grown, his diverse background, experience and abilities have enabled the company to mature intelligently in our services and offerings. Rohde has improved SOURCE's overall financial strength, while weathering the changes within the telecom industry and the business environment in general. Rohde served as controller and chief accounting officer for SOURCE from 1990 through 1994. He left SOURCE to become vice president of finance and corporate secretary of a publicly-traded company in the computer industry, before rejoining SOURCE in December 1997. Rohde's career includes 25 years of diverse business experience, including employment with KPMG and Zale Corporation in both internal audit and financial operations. He retains his Certified Public Accounting license and has been a member of the AICPA and Texas State Society of CPAs since 1982. Rohde earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of his professional career, he is involved in the community and has served as a board member of numerous community organizations for the past nine years. Rohde is a founding member of a search-and-rescue team started in 1985 and still in existence today, serving the public and law enforcement as a non-profit organization.

Subsequently, he served as a managing director for Refco Inc., a leading risk management group for the oil and gas industry. Roland Wolfe is vice president, sales for SOURCE Midwest, a regional sales office in St. Louis, Missouri. Wolfe has a long term track record of hiring and training successful sales representatives and a proven ability of accomplishing complex tasks by leading teams of employees. Kevin Grantham leads SOURCE's Strategic Delivery, Marketing, and Implementation teams. With national and international telecom experience spanning more than thirty years, and providing solutions for both carriers and enterprise customers, Kevin provides direction and guidance that has helped establish SOURCE as the Voice of Convergence. Prior to joining SOURCE, Kevin established European and Pacific Rim sales initiatives for a joint venture including the Millicom International (Kinnevik) Group and a major computer manufacturer. Kevin's telecom experience includes working with Sprint as they set up their first foray into competitive long distance, implementing large distributed enterprise communications systems for Fortune 100 corporations, design engineering for a subsidiary of Nortel, and participation as a contributor on behalf of British Telecom to the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). Kevin also developed Millicom's architectural response to the UK's Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) initiative that led to the development of PCS mobile communications, and led the Ericsson team that developed a carrier operations support system that was deployed in North America, Europe and China.
