Bernard Rohde manages finance, human resources, accounting and planning departments, I.S., purchasing, customer service, selected service fulfillment operations, facilities, risk management and all legal affairs at SOURCE. As the company has grown, his diverse background, experience and abilities have enabled the company to mature intelligently in our services and offerings. Rohde has improved SOURCE's overall financial strength, while weathering the changes within the telecom industry and the business environment in general. Rohde served as controller and chief accounting officer for SOURCE from 1990 through 1994. He left SOURCE to become vice president of finance and corporate secretary of a publicly-traded company in the computer industry, before rejoining SOURCE in December 1997. Rohde's career includes 25 years of diverse business experience, including employment with KPMG and Zale Corporation in both internal audit and financial operations. He retains his Certified Public Accounting license and has been a member of the AICPA and Texas State Society of CPAs since 1982. Rohde earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of his professional career, he is involved in the community and has served as a board member of numerous community organizations for the past nine years. Rohde is a founding member of a search-and-rescue team started in 1985 and still in existence today, serving the public and law enforcement as a non-profit organization.

Randy Trice serves as company president. Trice is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to all SOURCE divisions, including sales, marketing and operations. With more than two decades of hands-on management experience from the finance, alternative asset and information technology industries, Trice is positioning the company for long-term growth. Prior to joining SOURCE, Trice served a successful tenure as president of Contego Solutions, a software company specializing in managed security services and infrastructure monitoring of mission critical systems. While there, he led strategic growth initiatives that increased revenue 30 percent, by determining a new focus for the distribution of products and services. Trice created a distribution mechanism, scalable to take product and services to broad-market verticals in application service provider format, and developed key relationships for partnership opportunities. Trice earned a B.B.A in Finance from Texas A&M University and began his career as a vice president at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Energy International in New York City. Subsequently, he served as a managing director for Refco Inc., a leading risk management group for the oil and gas industry. Following his move to Dallas, Trice became president of Tsunami Partners; a private investor-based hedge fund.

Perry has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, with expertise in marketing, product development, customer care and business development. Perry has considerable experience in external platform integration for telecom service providers, specializing in the development of integrated marketing plans to support new products and services. Previously, Perry held executive positions at AIS Consulting and Software, Preferred Voice and United Medicorp, as well as a consulting tenure with The Management Network Group. Perry's telecom career began with Dallas-based USTel, which later evolved into Sprint.

Roland Wolfe is vice president, sales for SOURCE Midwest, a regional sales office in St. Louis, Missouri. Wolfe has a long term track record of hiring and training successful sales representatives and a proven ability of accomplishing complex tasks by leading teams of employees. SOURCE Midwest has grown rapidly, experiencing near immediate success, and expanding SOURCE's presence in the marketplace. Wolfe is a SOURCE veteran, having initially worked for the company from 1992 to 1997, as Director of Training. He is attributed with founding SOURCE University; SOURCE-sponsored education for technical training courses. Prior to working at SOURCE Wolfe founded his own training company where he developed, marketed, and delivered courses varying from technical sales to installation and maintenance of communication systems. Wolfe's tenure with communications began in 1979 where he worked for Southwestern Bell and AT&T, supporting the sales of complex systems to large corporate accounts. Wolfe also served as a vice president of a privately held communications company where he oversaw both operations and the sales organization. He is credited with helping the firm to double its revenues and with changing the company infrastructure to support that growth. Wolfe earned a bachelor degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas where he was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. He has a masters degree in Education from Southwest Texas State University.

Kris Van Meteren has been active in Republican politics since 1986. He has worked on Capitol Hill, as Executive Director of the Kansas Republican Party, and has served in countless capacities for various Republican campaigns, committees and causes. Kris has a unique ability to help clients develop a winning message and then produce written communications that drive home that message to voters. He is recognized as one of the best political writers in the business. "The Source has long been the conservative candidate's designer-of-choice for elegant campaign graphics. But they designed all the newspaper ads and publicity layouts for our campaign to attract African American and Hispanic voters to the GOP in 2002 mid-terms. The project was fabulously successful, due in no small part to their work."

Mr. Asher is Managing Director of Source, LLC, an investment banking firm to privately held US companies in the small and medium sized enterprise market (SME). John also serves on the advisory board of the Delve Group, a branding, marketing, and PR firm. He is also co-founder and/or a member of the board/advisory board of three internet based technology companies, Axonom, Marix Technologies and Simulize, Inc. and three other small companies, Capstone Corporation, Pivotal Insight, Inc. and TJ Hale. Mr. Asher served in the US Navy for 21 years commanding two nuclear powered fast attack submarines and worked in the Pentagon where he was a government buyer for five years. Mr. Asher received a Master of Science of Administration from George Washington University and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received degrees in nuclear engineering and mathematics.

Kevin Grantham leads SOURCE's Strategic Delivery, Marketing, and Implementation teams. With national and international telecom experience spanning more than thirty years, and providing solutions for both carriers and enterprise customers, Kevin provides direction and guidance that has helped establish SOURCE as the Voice of Convergence. Prior to joining SOURCE, Kevin established European and Pacific Rim sales initiatives for a joint venture including the Millicom International (Kinnevik) Group and a major computer manufacturer. He also managed North American Operations for Epic Data, a Canadian data collection systems manufacturer. Kevin's telecom experience includes working with Sprint as they set up their first foray into competitive long distance, implementing large distributed enterprise communications systems for Fortune 100 corporations, design engineering for a subsidiary of Nortel, and participation as a contributor on behalf of British Telecom to the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). Kevin also developed Millicom's architectural response to the UK's Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) initiative that led to the development of PCS mobile communications, and led the Ericsson team that developed a carrier operations support system that was deployed in North America, Europe and China.

Before he turned 21, Jared Suhn had successfully managed campaigns in both the Midwest and Southeast and had served on staff of the Kansas Republican Party. He gained recognition early on for his grassroots organizational skills and media savvy but stands out most for his ability to design truly unique and graphically outstanding printed materials. Jared also previously worked as a graphic designer for a top rated Atlanta public relations and marketing firm.
