KEVIN B. MARSH President and Chief Operating Officer South Carolina Electric & Gas Company Kevin Marsh, 53, joined SCE&G in 1984. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Marsh earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting at the University of Georgia in Athens. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche in Columbia, South Carolina, in 1977. His career with SCE&G began as group manager of technical accounting; he was named vice president and controller in 1989. Since then, he has served in the capacity of vice president of corporate planning for SCE&G and vice president of finance, treasurer and controller for SCANA Corporation. In 1996, Marsh was named vice president and chief financial officer of SCANA and became senior vice president in 1998. He also served as president and chief operating officer of PSNC Energy, headquartered in Gastonia, North Carolina. He was appointed to his current role of president and chief operating officer of SCE&G in 2006. Marsh is a board member of First Citizens Bancorporation of South Carolina, Junior Achievement of South Carolina and the Epworth Children’s Home. Previously, he served as a board member at Palmetto Place Children’s Emergency Shelter and Sharing God’s Love emergency support organization.

CHARLES B. MCFADDEN Senior Vice President, Governmental Affairs and Economic Development SCANA Corporation Charles McFadden, 63, joined SCE&G in 1969. A native of Fort Mill, South Carolina, McFadden earned a bachelor of science degree in banking and finance from the University of South Carolina. McFadden transferred from SCE&G to SCANA Corporation in 1987 as vice president of strategic planning and corporate services. He later returned to SCE&G as vice president of human resources and corporate communication and, in 1991, was named vice president of customer relations for the Southern Division. McFadden went on to serve as vice president of customer service and also as vice president of electric service. In 1997, he became vice president of governmental affairs and economic development for SCANA Corporation, and was appointed senior vice president of governmental affairs and economic development six years later. McFadden currently serves on the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce Legislative Agenda Task Force, Palmetto Agribusiness Board, South Carolina Department of Commerce Crescent Fund Board and South Carolina Chamber of Commerce Board. 11
